Update 2/2/25 - My daughter hooked up to the HVAC system and her entire 3000 sqft house smells great!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I bought this diffuser for my daughter for Christmas. It works great and was super easy to set up. They are planning to do the HVAC connection which will make it even better. The scent I bought smells amazing and fresh!It’s also very quiet too! Super happy!

This machine covers a large area of my home. Scent is not overpowering and very pleasant leaving the house with a hotel smell. Machine makes some noise but we’re used to it. It’s not connected to HVAC at the moment. Machine has worked well for 8 months but it’s not dispersing scent only air now. I added extended warranty when I first bought it and I’m waiting to hear from the company on troubleshooting.Edit*After 3-4 emails back with manufacturer, it was determined the atomizer was clogged and it stopped working. Because they didn’t have part in stock, manufacturer shipped me a new machine.I’m satisfied with the service received and would recommend the product.I was advised to run rubbing alcohol in the machine 1x month to avoid future clogging as we run it 14h/day.

Received the machine, set up is so easy! The app is user friendly and easy to navigate. You can set times that the machine runs, how many sprays, etc. I'm sure there is more, I haven't had time to dive into it completely. I had it running in one room and that entire floor smelled so good! I had my husband hook it up the HVAC, which is super simple and now the entire house smells amazing! I can't attest to how long the oil lasts yet, however the container in the machine holds more than the bottles you can purchase, so I have a few more coming - which I anticipated before I bought it. My house is roughly 3300 square feet and this machine goes up to 4500 and have 3 floors, basement - main - upstairs.

This machine works great. It definitely scents my whole home and distributes well. The customer service though was top-notch. The machine I received worked but had a leak and they promptly replaced a part and when that didn’t fix it, they sent out a machine and I had it in two days. They were incredibly helpful, communicative, and I highly recommend working with them.My only feedback would be that it’s unfortunate that the bottle to refill it - You have to unscrew everything, the hose connection, etc. It would be ideal if you didn’t have to do that but, at the price point and the quality it’s definitely something that is not that troublesome.

I had relatively low expectations ordering this diffuser and am pleasantly surprised.We have a 1950sq ft two story home and I was after a scent solution for the whole house.This product is advertised as a 4000sq ft unit - connected to the HVAC system (which was a very simple installation) in a 1950sq ft house, this product delivers exactly what it advertised.Instructions and user interface have a little bit of a learning curve. But, once I was able to figure out the configurations/scheduling things went smoothly and our house smells fantastic.A few days after installation, I followed up with the manufacturer via email to request a second 800ml scent storage container for the device.Their response was very timely and super accommodating. Despite the bottles being unavailable via retail, JCloud customer service found a way to get me extra bottles.Their level of customer service and care is fantastic.I’ll recommend this product and the company who produces it to anyone looking for a home cold air diffuser solution.Thanks a ton, JCloud team!

I saw the mixed reviews regarding the durability of the machine and decided to give it a try, hoping I'd get lucky. It worked very well at first. We hooked it up to our AC system and it quickly distributed the scent throughout the house. So, while it was working it did a great job at filling the house with a noticeable, but not overpowering scent. However, it has stopped working after just 2 months. I'm disappointed and do not recommend this product. You will likely need to replace it soon after the return window closes, so maybe just invest in a better system to begin with.
