Great bag of sweets but some of them were extra chewy but 90% great

After it being delivered ages ago, I finally got down to having a sample of these amazing sweets. As all men are, I’m a big kid. What do kids like? Seeets! So I consider myself a connoisseur with many years of experience. Ha ha ha! There are amazing. Each one has its own flavour and texture. Miles better than a popular brand that kids & adults love it so (if you know, you know 😉). I purchased the gummy mix and had a great selection of Xmas themed sweets with some classic ones also thrown in (I love the banana tasting ones, but that is the inner minion wanting to escape). Will be purchasing again once this bag is empty.

I was really looking forward to these because it’s a big bag and good value on paper, but they weren’t the freshest tasting sweets I’ve had. Some were fine, but a few tasted a bit old or slightly stale, and the overall flavour just wasn’t as strong as you’d expect from a big pick-and-mix mix. They arrive in a strong durable sealed bag. One thing I did notice is they don’t handle heat very well. They start to melt together pretty quickly if the room is warm, so you need to keep them somewhere cool or they turn into one big lump. For the price, the bag is decent value and you get a good mix, but the quality isn’t amazing. Fine if you just want a cheap sweet fix, but not what I’d choose for gifting or sharing with guests.

Jelly sweets bought as a gift, smell really fresh, mixed quality, great appearance, great value for the money
