I purchased the 24 x 24 x 8 size. I usually sleep on my side because lying flat on my back is uncomfortable for me, but that started putting pressure on my shoulder and it gradually became more painful. That’s why I decided to try this wedge pillow. As soon as I laid on it, I felt like it was a great purchase. The angle and width are just right, and the cushioning is nicely balanced, not too firm or not too soft. The cover is removable, which makes it more hygienic, and it’s easy to clean. I’ve washed it in the machine on a cold setting and dried it on low heat, and there were no issues with shrinking or losing its shape. If I had to mention one downside, it would be the initial smell when you first open it. It had a slightly unpleasant, almost fishy odor, but it went away next day. The cover is also washable, so it wasn’t a big deal. My husband tried it once and immediately asked me to order one for him as well, so I ended up repurchasing. Considering the overall quality, the price is very reasonable. I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

What I liked most is that it holds its shape perfectly after several weeks of use. If you are looking for a solution for reflux—or even just to read comfortably in bed—this is the right choice. It arrives quickly and is well-packaged in a small box; it expands rapidly once unpacked, so you don't have to wait around.

I got this Wedge Pillow and it has worked amazingly well for elevating my upper body. The 10-inch height gives the perfect incline — not too steep and not too low — and it stays in place against the headboard. It’s comfortable and provides great support for breathing and reflux relief. I originally bought this pillow to help with alleviating my GERD symptoms a little less than a month ago (though to be honest, I'm not sure how much of a role it's played in helping that. I will say I do find that I don't wake up feeling like my esophagus is on fire quite as often now), and so far it's been a very nice pillow to sleep on in general. There was a bit of an adjustment period, though, as I got used to sleeping on it (you may sometimes slide down a little if you tend to move a lot while sleeping, and it may be a little too firm if you tend to prefer softer pillows). Once you get used to it, however, it's comfortable to sleep both on your sides and back. The pillow expanded quickly after removing it from its packaging (but it's warm where I live, so your mileage may vary), and off gassing was minimal (there was a bit of a smell at first, but only lasted the first night for me). Cleaning the cover it comes with is easy, there's a zipper on the back and all you have to do is slip it off the wedge, the opening is big enough to pretty easily slip the cover on and off. After the first wash, the cover may shrink a little (mine did), but it was very minimal and it still slides on and off easily (follow the care instructions to minimize this; cold wash on a gentle cycle, tumble dry on low heat). The cover also comes with little side pockets, one for use when the pillow is horizontal, and the other for when the pillow is being used vertically. I am 6'2" and purchased the 24*24*8 wedge, and positioning myself with my head resting at the top of the wedge has the thinnest part of it stop around mid-back. The thinner part of the wedge is also the softest, so it's not uncomfortable to have it stop there (I don't notice the transition from wedge to mattress at all). Overall, I'm satisfied with this pillow. The price isn't too high compared to some of the others I've seen on here and if you like pillows on the firmer side and prefer to sleep with your upper body slightly elevated, this is a pretty good option.

Weird angle. Uncomfortable. Pocket placement wasn’t ideal. I wish I would’ve returned this but it’s too late now. Ended up getting a reading chair with arm rests instead.

This was a surprise: it came all compressed in a tight roll! But once we released it from that tight package: WOW what a transformation into a delightful wedge for my husband. He slept on it last night very comfortably and quietly. (He'd been coughing and choking before this addition.) Nice quality, comfortable to lie on, soothes my worries...)

Perfect for my husband who has some snoring issues. It solved the problem. Also like the pocket for a tv remote or cell phone.

This is just as described and incredibly comfortable. Not too hard or soft. I ordered the 10” because it’s supposed to help with my reflux and sleep apnea. It is definitely helping with my reflux, but not making much of a difference with my sleep apnea, but that’s just because I’m too far gone! 😄
