- Seamless Training Bras for Girls 10-16, Soft Removable Padding

Ordered for my 7 year old, the Medium fit perfectly with a little room to grow. Very comfortable, soft, stretchy material. Very good coverage! Easy to put on. The only thing I don’t like is the padding; the padding is not sewn in so it moves around. Overall it’s a good training bra! Price is a little high for a training bra but it is very good material!

I purchased this SALIA GIRL training bra set for my daughter, and overall I’m very happy with the quality and fit. Finding age-appropriate bras for girls in the 10–16 range can be tricky — many options are either too childish or styled more like adult bras. These strike a really nice balance. They look simple and sporty while still feeling comfortable and practical for everyday wear. The fabric is soft and smooth with a good amount of stretch. It doesn’t feel thin or flimsy, and it lays nicely under T-shirts without showing obvious lines. My daughter mentioned that they feel lightweight but still supportive enough for school and light activity. They are not high-impact sports bras, but they provide the right level of support for growing girls. The removable padding is a nice option. It adds a bit of coverage without being bulky, and it can be taken out if preferred. After washing, the pads did not twist excessively, which is something I’ve dealt with in other brands. I still recommend removing them before washing if you want to avoid adjusting them afterward, but even when left in, they weren’t a hassle to reposition. Sizing felt fairly accurate based on the size chart. The band is snug without digging in, and the straps sit comfortably on the shoulders without slipping. The seamless design helps prevent irritation, which is important for daily wear. After several washes, the bras have maintained their shape and elasticity. The fabric hasn’t pilled, and the colors have stayed true. Overall, this is a solid, practical choice for a first bra or everyday training bra. I would purchase again and would recommend these to other parents looking for comfortable, well-made basics.

I bought these for my 13 year old daughter because she has been needing a new better bra and she loves these. She says these are the comfiest ones ever. They are so soft and to be honest I was worried the material would not be the best quality because it looks very thin in the pictures but it is very nice. She said she can hardly even tell she is wearing a bra. We love the colors and you can’t even see it through your shirt. Love that the padding isn’t too thick but it is just perfect for growing girls. They fit perfectly and are very stretchy. I definitely recommend buying these for your girls.

Purchased for my daughter shortly before her 13th birthday and she absolutely loved them! Comfortable, soft, good coverage and support all while being cute. She has worn them as her daily bra as well as for sports with no problem. I wash them on gentle with her other clothes and have tried to hang dry them as often as possible but have gone through the dryer here and there, maybe every couple months, and are still in great shape 2 years later. She is just now starting to get ready for a bigger size. She is about 5 ' 2, 120 lb

I don't write a ton of reviews, but I bought the XL for my 11 yo (5'2" & 110lbs) and they have exceeded expectations. 1st up they do have very light support padding. Now the padding is removable, but as I tried to show in the pic is that the padding is ALL ONE PIECE and removable from a center slit. This means there's no shifting or folding to an individual padded cup for a young girl to try to position into the "correct" position on each side...IYKYK. That one piece of padding is also breathable and soft. This design feature has simply blown my mind, and as a woman in my late 40s, I'm kinda low key annoyed that this isn't an industry standard and why isn't happening in my tops and dresses with "built-in support" For real. It's such a simple solution. Anyway, leaving my soapbox and going back to this review...I ordered the 4 pack of pastels and that scalloped edge at the bottom is white on all 4. So, with the pastels, it's a cute little contrast and a detail I wasn't expecting at this price point. The scallops along the bottom are made out of the same material as the rest of the bra which is seamless. So the entire bra is incredibly soft and comfortable and pulls over the head like a sports bra. So, for girls who need a little more support, it's there AND comfortable and they aren't needing to figure out those hook and loop closures at a younger age. If your child is smaller and doesn't need that support, or you don't want that padding? It's still easy to remove and is still lined for modesty. I will definitely be ordering more of these, and again, low key annoyed I cant get some for myself... Also, I shouldn't leave out that my 11 yo finds these more comfortable than any of her other bra tops and reaches for one of these for her hip hop dance classes over her more stylish and cute dance/yoga bra tops that she can wear with their matching bottoms. She'd rather wear one of these with a tshirt over it with her skorts or shorts to her dance class, than the strappy camisoles or cropped exercise tops that match those same bottoms.

These are comfortable, but the padding on the inside tends to get twisted and/or comes out during wash. You can remove them altogether. The straps are not adjustable. The muted pastel colors are good for wearing under white tshirts. The wide straps do not look good under tank tops.

This is a great bra for a young girl. The material is soft, stretchy, and breathable, and the fit is great. There is a perfect amount of padding without being bulky or making the chest look bigger than it is, which makes it feel very age-appropriate. My 11-year-old daughter loves them — she says they’re very comfortable and easy to wear all day. My daughter is on the spectrum. Finding products that don’t irritate her or that she can tolerate while she learns to understand her body is changing has been difficult. We’ve tried so many options that felt too tight and restrictive, or poky, or rough. She LOVES these bras and has not only accepted wearing them but LOVES wearing them. They are so comfy, make her feel confident and supported. Her size fits but has plenty of room left for growth. We couldn’t be happier to have found her first bras!

My pre teen really likes these. She said they were not confining and moved with her comfortably.

My 10 year old daughter is incredibly fussy when it comes to underwear due to sensory struggles. When they arrived I wasn’t convinced that she would wear them but I was wrong! There are no labels or seams and the material I beautiful and soft. I was unsure about the padding and I liked the idea that It’s removable. However, she prefers to keep the padding in because it feels more comfortable on her skin. She is also a very slim build and the sizing is spot on and fits perfect to her body. She loves them so much that I’ve bought another pack of 4 to save me washing the ones we have daily. I have been dreading the training bra stage, but thanks to Salia Girl training bras the transition was very much a piece of cake! Thank you!
