Amigo Ceiling Fan with LED Light, 20W+40W, White

This Fan/Light is installed in my bedroom it was almost a straight swap (but I had to slightly enlarge the hole in the ceiling for a small connecting block) extremely pleased with the performance. One sour note the Night Light doesn't work but it is not a deal breaker, as far as we are concerned.

Really pleased with this light and the fan. Both work well, even on lowest fan it’s been great on these hot evenings. Light is bright even at lowest setting. Remote works - only gripe would be no indication of max or lowest setting - just beeps each time pressed so you have to gauge its at the setting you want.

The Amigo is very stylish and has made my hot study bearable in the hot weather. The light is very bright. The fan on full speed is like being in a tornado but you do need to be more or less directly under it to get the full benefit There is some noise from the fan particularly at full speed, which might be enough to interrupt some peoples sleep, if used in the bedroom. For our bedroom, we also ordered Bliss 28W Ceiling Light with 35W Fan, 2700K-4000K-5500K - the one with the retractable blades, when not in use. This is whisper quiet even at full speed and you do not need quite so directly under it to get the benefit of the draft. Thus, for a bedroom I would recommend the Bliss over the Amigo - although for looks I prefer the Amigo.

Lovely looking fan light, the little sparkles are a great touch. Working well, nice selection on light tones and quiet effective fan.

This is discrete in depth from the ceiling whilst being wide enough to produce a great spread of light. Also, with the curvature of the fitting it allows the light to be dispersed against the entire ceiling. The fan is quiet yet powerful. The guard on the fan is also great to prevent anything catching the fan. Overall this is really worth buying and definitely night and day better than the usual Chinese fodder on amazon. 5*

This is brilliant. The fan is really powerful! And loads of settings for the light. Easy to use remote control also. I am really happy with this purchase.

I was pretty impressed with these at first having them fitted in all rooms, that being till last night when the motor failed with on and off use of 3 months. Not worth the money there pretty cheap looking as well for the money… I was expecting better mechanical quality from Phillips…. 👎🏼

Great light and fan. The fan is not as effective as an open blade fan, but good option when your ceiling is not as high.

Voor een kinderkamer zeer geschikt. Zeker tijdens hittegolven. Maar ook de lichtbron is fantastisch. Van goed fel tot gezellig warm in te stellen. Mijn kindje is er erg blij mee

Dopo il primo esemplare ricevuto, che purtroppo non era funzionante e subito reso tramite il pronto intervento di Amazon, ho riordinato l'articolo e ora sono totalmente soddisfatto dell'acquisto. Tramite il telecomando si può selezionare una delle 3 temperature del colore, variare l'intensità della luce, selezionare la luce notturna, impostare il timer per lo spegnimento automatico, variare il senso di rotazione della ventola (estate-inverno) e la velocità della ventola su 6 livelli. Montaggio molto semplice e in definitiva un ottimo articolo. L'unico appunto negativo é per la garanzia che non mi risulta applicabile con Philips essendo costruito da Signify che a sua volta non offre la garanzia.

Es wird hier der größere (58cm) Philips Amigo Decken-Ventilator/Leuchte mit nur weißem Licht beschrieben, teilweise auch angeboten unter der Bezeichnung "Amigo Spark". (Der mit buntem Licht und kleinerem Propeller ist übrigens lauter, weil der Propeller kleiner ist und damit schneller laufen muss.) Das Gerät wurde sinnvoll verpackt und schnell geliefert, original verpackt. Montage / Anschluss Die Befestigung erfolgt einfach und pragmatisch mit einem stabilen Kunststoff-Montageteil, das mit zwei Schrauben an der Decke befestigt wird. Es sind Dübel und Schrauben dabei, die haben wir aber nicht verwendet weil zu schlecht, ich verbaue nur Fischer-Dübel) Hat man die Halterung an die Decke geschraubt, schließt man den Ventliator 2-polig (d.h. kein Schutzleiter, weil das ganze Teil aus Kunststoff ist) mit zwei praktischen Federklemmen werkzeuglos an. Dann befestigt man den Ventlilator und an das man mit einer Viertel-Umdrehung (wie ein Bajonett-Verschluss.) den Ventilator befestigt - ebenfalls werkzeuglos. Inbetriebnahme / Funktion Die beiden AAA-Batterien für die Fernbedienung waren nicht enthalten. Wir haben Akkus (Eneloop) verwendet, damit funktioniert die Fernbedienung einwandfrei. Das Licht lässt sich von bläulichem kalt-weiß zu neutralweiß und zu warmton-weiß umschalten und ist dimmbar. So wie erhofft ist es auf höchster Stufe wirklich richtig hell und auf niedrigster / warmton gemütlich. Fazit Der Ventilator hat farblose Propeller-Blätter. Versteht man die Physik, ist klar, dass ein Ventilator mit kleinem Propeller immer lauter ist als einer mit großem Propeller, weil er schneller laufen muss, um genügend Luftstrom zu erzeugen. Daher ist es für uns keine Überraschung, dass dieser Ventliator auf der kleinsten Stufe hörbar ist (unser großer mit 1,4m Propeller-Durchmesser im Wohnzimmer ist unhörbar leise auf kleinster Stufe). Die kleinste Stufe reicht aber, um in einem Raum mit 15qm einen leichten Luftstrom zu erzeugen, der bei großer Hitze die unangenehme, stehende Luft verhindert. Ein praktischer Timer mit 3 Schaltzeiten ist auch vorhanden. Wir hatten vorher schon fast gleich aussehende No-Name Produkte, die billiger waren. Wir haben noch keines gehabt, welches bei gleich großem oder leicht größerem Propeller leiser war. Wem wichtig ist das der Ventilator auf niedrigster Stufe unhörbar ist, muss deutlich mehr ausgeben und einen mit Gleichstrom-Motor und mindestens 1,2m Propellerdurchmesser kaufen - je größer, desto besser/leiser. (Die besten - aber auch teuersten gibts bei CasaFan.) Wir würden vom Preis- /Leistungsverhältnis und der qualitativen Anmutung her dieses Gerät wieder kaufen.
