It smells like the one I bought in Paris, a giant bag
I did not realize how light it is, so I ordered a 8 oz bag and got a giant bag of herbs. It will take me a couple of years to finish it. I may put it in cheese cloth to use it as natural bug repellent in my closets. It smells so good! This is like a piece of France that I have in my house, bringing back good memory from the French Provence! I love cooking French food. Making chicken soup with it tomorrow!

Store in the freezer to max out life.
I use this in a lot of my cooking, especially stews and braises. I’m always surprised at how great it makes everything taste. Yes the quantity is large but I store it on the freezer and it works perfectly. Takes you cooking to a new level.

No salt, no problem!
I was looking for a way to cut out salt in my eggs. I read an article that suggested this particular season. And let me tell you these have so much flavor and give so much seasoning to the eggs you don't even realize they're not salted. This is my new favorite herb. I highly recommend it.

The product appears from the freshness, “best by” date to be not so fresh, However when opened the wonderful scent was there.
