Unless you are using this stool for decorative purposes, do not buy. I purchased this item to put in my daughters bathroom to access the sink. I liked the thought of having a wooden stool, instead of a tacky plastic one. The stool is very top heavy, with toothpicks for legs. She fell off of it. When my husband went to stand on it to test its safety, it immediately tipped over. Time to buy a tacky, stable, plastic toddler stool.

This IS a lovely stool, however it is NOT sturdy. The support legs are made of flimsy wood and has collapsed already. I purchased the item in October, 2017, it collapsed the end of November.
