Walls don’t have insulation, only empty void (air gap); ceiling and floor don’t even have two layers, nothing at all. There’s holes for two heater cords to pass through, and those holes are at least twice the size (diameter) of the cords. There’s no gasket seal around 3 of the 4 door sides, and sizable gaps. And some of the floor and ceiling panel seams have small gaps. So it’s not as efficient as it could be because it’s not air tight & leaks heat. Note: my owner’s manual fails to mention it, but to change the thermostat from Celsius to Fahrenheit you have to hold the + temp button for 30 seconds. Assembly of the loungers aren’t immediately obvious and required referring back to the images over and over, but overall assembly wasn’t bad. And same goes for the sauna as a whole.. I’m happy I made the purchase and use it a lot.

Delivery was late, however it was worth the wait. Roy was in constant communication with us, before, during and after delivery to ensure everything was as expected. We love our sauna!
