WOW! Picky dog enjoys it.
I have so much to say about the brand Orijen. I started feeding their cat food to my cat since he was a kitten and he is the healthiest cat i’ve ever known. So I started researching this food for my DOG. Mind you she will not eat any dry foods, shes very picky. She genuinely gets excited for this food and eats it immediately. For $100 this bag lasts me a long time and I have a 73-ish pound dog that eats 2 cups a day. She seems less sluggish and tired, her poops definitely look better as well. On top of that she puts on weight easy and i’ve actually seen good weight loss while on this food. Her skin and fur and softer than ever as well, same goes for my cat who eats this brand! It isnt the cheapest option but its so worth the extra money. You can get a $60 bag of dog food that may even be less food and itll just destroy their stomachs. Spend the extra money for a high quality food, I plan to feed orijen forever.

Older picky dog loves this stuff.
80 lb australian shepherd, 8 years old. She's a little tubby, and has a few medical issues, so she's become a full time inside lap dog. Since then she's become incredibly picky about what she eats, she wants people food, which only makes her belly problems worse, haha. I've tried 3 varieties of orijen now, and both dogs just gobble it up. This is the only fit n trim type dog food I've ever tried that dogs love to eat. It's top tier food, great ingredients, and she's feeling pretty great while eating it. Will order again.

The best I've found
My Wheaten gained about 10 lbs after being neutered at age 5. I walked him 3 miles a day but couldn't get his weight under control. I did a lot of research, and found Fit and Trim to have the best balance of high protein and low fat of any food that I could find. He likes it, so presumably the flavor is good. The ingredient list contains nothing that I find wasteful or troubling. His weight loss is slow but steady, as it should be. The cost is quite high, but when it comes to my boy, if it works it's worth it, so I recommend it if you can afford it.

Extra fiber
My dog has been on Orijen for a year now, since I adopted him in Oct '23. He's been having issues with anal glands and we have been supplementing pumpkin and Glandex with little improvement.Just switching him to this high-fiber version of Orijen (while still supplementing pumpkin and anal gland supplements) has made a dramatic difference in firming up his stool and helping him naturally express his glands. No-scooting, no bloating and he seems a lot happier. Will purchase again!

About This "Lawsuit"
My dog has been on Orijen dog food since he was a pup. When I heard about this suit, I honestly freaked out. I started making phone calls. I was in touch with the lawyers that were suing Orijen and FYI, when they wrote back to me, the spelled "Orijen" "Origen". One would think of you are suing, you would spell the companies name correctly. I also found out the suit was only being allowed in three states. I was in touch with Orijen, and let me say, I wasn't nice. Something like "If my dogs test come back bad, I'll be at your corporate office and nobody will want to deal with me."So, off to my vet I went. I paid for a almost three hundred dollar test and his blood was shipped off to a specialty lab. I waited for almost three weeks for the results. Guess what? No heavy metal, at all, in his system. Now, you would think a dog that had been on this product for over three years would have some heavy metals in their system, right? So, while at my pet food store, I started chatting with the manager. Five other customers had done the same as I. All of their dogs had been on this food long term. None had abnormal tests. So, I stated looking in to this "watch dog" group. Their top food they recommend? Kibbles and Freaking Bits. Hand to God. The junk food companies are behind this. They are losing money because people are catching on to their crap foods. This whole thing, in my opinion, is complete BS. I will continue to feed Orijen, you all can do what you like.
