I thought I was one ring size but it turns out I’m one size smaller. You don’t want to do too much heavy lifting because the plastic piece can slip off, but it did its job otherwise. I lost one piece from messing around in my purse and it fell off. There was another size that was sufficient until we could get my ring resized. I’m very sensitive, so one of the pieces was kind of pokey at first, but my skin adapted over time. They were pretty comfy. Even after I got my ring back with the new size I kind of missed the plastic lol.
