The perfect desk lamp. Sturdy and easy to flip the arm around if you need a different angle on the light. I’m using the 60w Edison bulbs and it provides a nice soft warm glow that does t fill up the room.

I’m delighted with these! I bought two to use in our bedroom on our nightstands and I couldn’t be happier. The price is insanely cheap but the lamp looks anything but!! The covered cord elevates the look and the light wood contrasted with the black shade is perfect. Love that the toggle switch is in the cord too, makes it easy to turn off while lying in bed.

Nice lamp overall. It's pretty basic. Although it doesn't come with a lightbulb, you can choose the lightbulb wattage you want to put in. Some of the things I didn't care about this is that the black cone around the bulb makes the light relatively dark even if it's a brighter bulb. And you can't unscrew the black cone around it to put a white one that will make it brighter. I didn't realize they also sold a white cone one, otherwise I would've ordered that instead. The other downfall is that if you stretch the light or extend the arm, then the lamp tips over. I've never seen a desk lamp tilt over, so this is a little lightweight and cheaply made, even though it looks pretty decent. I ordered this because the reviews were mostly all great, but I didn't find it to be that great. It's also a little overpriced. This isn't worth more than $20 or so max.

I just received the desk lamp. The assembly process was easy and straight forward (even without reading the instructions). However, the first thing I noticed was how the original box had no sealing tape. This gave me the impression of it being an "opened-box" or a "returned" item. Next, upon unboxing it, I immediately saw that the black cone and black base had scuffs and color inconsistency. This convinced me that this was definitely returned and the seller decided to resell it as "new." Very misleading.Other than that, I assembled the lamp because I wanted to see if the base could actually hold the top weight, and it does. Overall, the lamp looks nice and feels nice, but what I've experienced above was very unfortunate. This could have easily been a 5-star product.

I was surprised that I had to put the lamp together, and the instructions could have been clearer. The lamp is okay, but the base should be heavier: the lamp falls over if the arm is extended forward. So it's not really as adjustable as it appears.

Very handy lamp. Love that it is adjustable. I use LED bulbs Leson A19 LED Light Bulb Standard E26/E27 Base 9W Energy Saving, Equivalent To 75 Watt Incandescent Bulbs, 1125lm Daylight Cool White 6500k (6 Pack) and you could never say it wasn't bright enough. It would be helpful for projects that need good lighting and in just the right spot and being adjustable, you can set it up just like you want. I like the simplicity of it and it appears to be of good quality.

Very impressed. Nice heavy base, lamp shade is heavy also and finished in a very even and smooth satin black. Hardware is a bright satin and fits well together. The power cord is a black and white weave covering with a rocker switch. We bought ours for use as a bookcase light.

It's a wonderful product and well-made. I have two complaints...one is that it was put together backwards. And it took me awhile to figure out why it didn't look like the picture and bend the correct way. I figured out how to take it apart and put it back together the right way.Also there is nothing on the lamp or the accompanying paper, that gives what wattage of bulb should be used. Absolutely maddening!. Then it occurred to me it was probably on the page that I bought it from and yes it was. 40 Watts. But NOWHERE, does it say that in what is received in the box!!
