The max temp of the jar reaches till 100-105 degree, which is not adequate for cooking for 3-4 people. Most of the dishes specially sabzi will turn out watery or else the blades will make keema of soft vegetables like cauliflower. Cooking meat dishes in this is a health hazard as the cooking temp inside meat ( I tried checked) does not reach what is required. I checked with food thermometer multiple times. This can not replace your traditional appliances atleast for now. Most thinks will turn out uncooked watery or soggy, also it is not very convenient as the jar does not have the handle and while washing, you will feel the need.
