Great finish
Did my in-place concrete counter top, nearly 4x8 ft, so bought two lots. Set up a barrier around the counter to keep the epoxy from running over the edge. Followed the directions closely, except used an auger type paint mixer from the local hardware. Worked great and mixed completely. Glad I had the second lot as used half of it to finish the area. Planned my moves and used measuring cups, one for each of the resin and hardener, and mixed in a new plastic pail (10 L or 2.5 gal from THD). Kept house at 75 F plus (25 C), and the finish is great. The edges had climbed the barrier, so used a sander to round them off. Coarse 40 grit on an electric sheet sander, but need to be careful not to touch the flat surface with the sandpaper or it will mar it. Then a 1000 grit to finish rounding the edge and it all looks great. My wife is very happy, so this project was a success. Great product. Being careful about hot materials, as was the warning, so not going to test that subject.

Quality Epoxy - Easy to use
I use this epoxy exclusively for all our woodwork needs. I have tried several other brands that are at lower price points but none of them are as versatile as Prima Loc. I get no blushing in the finish and easy to get bubbles out with a torch. I have been using this epoxy for over 2 years and have never had curing issues. We use Prima Loc on our river tables, bar tops, jewelry and art. The epoxy is a little thicker when mixed than others out there but we have never had issues with cure time.

Awful product ruined counters
The picture is when it was freshly done .some spots never cured even though I followed the directions to a t we sweated for over 3 days making sure the temp was as directed mixed and mixed poured as directed still had sticky spots a month later .unfortunately my mom got things stuck to those sticky spots and it can't be removed also it yellowed in areas . I've worked many times with epoxies and never had these issues .my mom's counters are a mess and nothing can be done about the yellow areas I went over the sticky spots with another brand of epoxy and atleast they aren't sticky anymore but ruined from the debris That stuck to the spots when they were sticky .

walk me through it.
This epoxy came with the best instructions I have ever received. I once put together a Canadian desk that had great instructions, but they have fallen to second place. The writing is clear and well edited. The product is technically challenging and these instructions cover every angle. There are many warnings about possible mistakes, almost every step says what could happen if you do it wrong. I would have made some of these mistakes. So, maybe you are an epoxy expert and wouldn't need six pages of instructions like I do, but a company that could put out high quality documents like this has my respect.

Ok product
I used this product in July 2018 to repurpose my kitchen lament countertops (roo has no windows). They are pretty (I mixed in some color). My issue is in some spots there's staining some spots never cured-even with being torched. I will have to sand the countertop & reapply resin (I'm going with a different brand) to repair this eye sore.

Clear as glass!
This stuff is awesome! Set up over night and didn't have a problem with it. I have got other products that are cheaper but never set up after fixing it. This stuff sets up and it is on. Clear as glass! Awesome stuff for the price if you want to do it right.
