How many grams of sugar?

All of the ingredients in our vinegars are listed on the ingredient labels which appears on all of our bottles. We do not add sugar or high fructose corn syrup to our vinegars.

It's nasty, doesn't matter where its from. It tastes lick dark apple cider vinegar. It's not balsamic vinegar.

Does this contain alcohol ?

Thank you for your question. All of our vinegars are derived from alcohol, but eventually alcohol is processed out through the fermentation process. It is possible for wine vinegars to contain a trace of alcohol, but based on FDA guidelines our vinegars are considered alcohol free.

That's a great question! The only ingredients in our Gourmet Balsamic Vinegar are Balsamic vinegar and the naturally occurring sulfites.
