Rellaty Cat Water Fountain Stainless Steel

These water fountains are great! I have three of them. One for my room, one for my daughter's room, and one for my roommate's room. The animals love them. It took a few days for them to get used to having flowing water, but now, they love it too. It is stainless steel and looks pretty clean most of the time. I do have to let you know, to clean it properly, there are a lot of parts to dismantle. However, it is pretty easy to do. It just takes time and patience. For the most part, it is quiet. Only when the water is getting low does it really make much noise. And it's easy to refill. We use a Brita water filter, let the water filter, and then just lift the trough and pour the water into the container part of the fountains. Put the trough back on and all done. The blue light is kind of pretty too and easily lets you see the water level. Depending on the number of animals you have, you will need to learn how often to change the filters. I change mine monthly and clean it at the same time. You may not need to as often, or more often depending on how many animals use it.

After using the cat water fountain for a couple of months, I'm very pleased with the quality of the product. It is very quiet, easily maintained, and cleaned. The filtered water is so much cleaner and better than drinking out of a dish. Most of all my cat is drinking more water.

I got this cat fountain May 2025, it’s now July 2026 & it’s going strong! Haven’t had a single problem with it. It’s easy to set up or change filters & clean. Took my cat just a day or so to accept it. Got a second cat & she drinks from it too. It holds a lot of water, so you don’t have to refill it every day. It’s nice looking, quiet, and I do think the cats drink more from it than they did when they had bowls. Recommended!

I purchased this fountain at the end of February. I set it up immediately and my kitties loved it! I performed all the needed daily and weekly maintenance, and used spring water only to help keep it from "sliming up" as water bowls sometimes do. I cleaned the pump regularly. The design was much simpler than previous pumps I had to maintain in the past, plus they even give you a brush to use to clean it! Smart! However... one morning I noticed a crowd of kitties around the fountain. Alas! The pump no longer pumped! The light was still working, however. I disassembled the fountain, cleaned the pump (I had cleaned it 3 days previously), checked all connections, used a different outlet, but the pump was not working - just the light. I looked for contact info in the manual, and sent an email to the address given. I received an immediate response (a few hours!) asking me to basically replicate what I had already done, which I did. They also needed a picture of the pump's batch number to help them figure out what could possibly be a defective batch. They immediately sent out a replacement which should be here tomorrow (less than 2 days after I responded with the requested info!) I came to post this review as a positive review for the company and the product, and only then saw another person had the same thing happen to her, right after I had ordered my own fountain. I have no doubt but that Veken is going to get to the bottom of this problem. They seem to take their business and customer happiness seriously. I will actually purchase another fountain soon as I think we could use an additional fountain, as now all the kitties drink quite a bit more, and it will be another one just like this one!

My cats are a big fan of this fountain and have been for the last two years! I purchased this item in 2023 and it is still working well for my kitties. They both love the running water - they were immediately interested in the fountain and use it more than their regular water bowls. Biggest Pros: - stainless steel doesn’t scratch like plastic so you can ensure is is really clean every time - All parts can be dissembled for thorough cleaning. I follow the recommended maintenance and usually completely dissemble/clean/ change the filters every 14-18 days, this seems to be a perfect interval - The top spout is very secure! One of my cats is 17 lbs and pretty strong - he’s never been able to get the spout out despite all of his wrestling efforts lol! This was always an issue on our old plastic fountain. - Water level indicator is there so you don’t have to take the cover off to check - Large water tank capacity: for two cats, I only have to top the unit off once or twice a week. - My cats love this fountain. The running water immediately seemed enticing to them, and they use it more than their regular water bowls This company has a great warranty as well. My cats love this fountain and it has worked perfectly for them - I would highly recommend!

We've had this fountain for about 4 months now, and, so far so good! It took both of our cats a few days to adjust to it. One really likes it - she prefers to drink from the spout - and the other accepts it and drinks from the basin, though she hasn't been brave enough to try the spout. Thus far, it's pretty quiet, the pump hasn't given us any trouble, it's not messy, and it's easy to clean. Eventhough it has some plastic components, it feels like a cleaner, safer option to use a stainless steel dish than our old plastic one. Perhaps my only complaint is that the filters need changing more frequently than our previous (plastic) fountain, though I wash the entire thing twice a week. These tiny filters just get brown faster.

My little dog loves the fountain and movement of the water, he is able to drink very easily from the fountain. The motor is incredibly quiet, comes with a 2 year warranty too! So easy to clean and set up. Love the window in front to see water level, and the blue light is soft enough to be a nightlight for my little guy too. Highly recommend!

This is a nice little stainless fountain. I have two Maine Coons and they are big water drinkers. Like most cats they love running water from any sink in the house. I first had a very large, round stainless fountain and it was nice but it was too big especially to pick up when it had water in it to clean, and the cleaning was a bit tedious. Since then we've had a few others. We have two plastic ones now. They are decent with a kind of waterfall feature but that has really slowed down and that's where the cats usually want to drink from. So I went looking for another fountain during Prime Day and after looking at a few kept coming back to this one. To me, it's nice looking. It's small too which is great for keeping on our extra bathroom sink counter (the cat's sink and and counter!). It is very quiet. Very. I barely hear any noise and when I plugged it in had to look to see if it was working because I didn't hear anything. It was. I really like the faucet-type fixture that runs from both ends. My cats seem to like that too. It's very similar to drinking from a sink faucet though a softer flow. Being stainless the water stays cooler too, and with this design where a tray sits over the tank, I don't think it will get as much debris in the water supply. The round window on the front to view the tank water level is nice though I personally didn't really care about that. But, I ordered that one (I don't remember if the other one without the window was also on sale or not). Now I wish I had gotten the one without the window though even if I had paid more. The problem for me is the blue light. I had no idea it was lit. I looked over the description now before writing this and still don't see where it says there's a light in it. Ya, it's blue in the photo but I thought that was the color of the plastic for the window. There are two reasons I don't like this lighting: First reason: I keep the fountain in our master bathroom on the cat's counter. I have a nightlight in that bathroom that I've used for years. It's a very subtle, low light. I walked in there last night after setting up the fountain during the day and was surprised to see blue light glowing in there. It's fairly bright. I thought, ok, I guess I don't need to leave the nightlight on now. But, I like the nightlight and I prefer that light over this bright blue light. Apparently there's no way to turn off the light on the fountain either. Second reason: Cats can see in the dark. They don't need a light to find the water fountain. My cats love to lay in the bathroom in front of the big window at night especially in the summer when it's breezy. It's cool in there when it's been hot all day. They weren't in there last night and I think it's because of the light. I also noticed one of them wasn't going over to drink once the light was obvious. I don't think the light is necessary, and I actually think it's not a good thing for cat's eyes. If it could be switched, off then it would be ok. Apparently in order to have the window to see the water level though you have to accept the glowing blue light. Because I dump and refill my fountains every couple/few days (I don't wait two weeks like the instructions suggest), it's never going to run too low. So now I wish I'd gotten the one without the light. I could pack it up and return it I guess but I don't like to do returns unless it's really needed. I guess for now I'm stuck with that blue light but I'm hoping it stops working! At some point I'll get another one without the window in it. Some people won't mind the light but do consider your cats. They see in the dark just fine and when they are wandering your house at night and come into a room with that glowing blue light, it throws off their vision momentarily. Some may actually avoid it like one of mine is currently doing at night. During the day it's far less noticeable. I actually didn't realize it was lit until the room was dark. But unless you really need that window to know the water level, I recommend getting the one without the window for your cat's sake. In all other ways this little fountain seems to be really nice.

Easy to set up and runs quietly — my kitten loves it. I like the soft, soothing fountain-noise it makes. Not obtrusive at all. When unplugged, water remains in the top reservoir, which means if the power goes out, the cats will still have access to fresh water for a while. I had wondered about that before purchasing and hoped that would be the case. We’ve had it a week with no concerns. It arrived earlier than promised as well. A good purchase.

Fantatsic water fountain! Both my cat and bunny drink from it. I like the water level window and the little blue light. Not noisy either.

When we first got our cats, we used the typical water container for them. Unfortunately, they would tip the container over, spilling water all over our floors. Then, after a web search, we came across this product, and I couldn't be happier with it. The cats love it, and they don't try to tip it over, ever. We only had one issue with the product in the first 12 months of ownership, and that was the pump starting to work intermittently. I reached out to the selling company, and they responded promptly with some troubleshooting tips to try. The problem persisted, and the company offered to send me a replacement part no questions asked. That level of customer care is becoming rare in these times. I would highly recommend this device not just because your pets will love it but because the company will ( based on my experience with them) respond in a timely fashion and work to ensure you are completely happy with their product.
