Excellent service
These earpads were not comfortable for my ears so i asked for a refund and they actually refunded the entire amout. These earpads were of very good quality but are not for my ears. But i will definitely try another soulwit product. They have excellent service and thank u for the refund.

Good but not great.
Definitely start up strong with good cool feeling but sadly the cooling effect doesn't last very long.May not be as soundproof as the originals.

Silicone Gel heats up within 15 minutes, useless.
Useless, but I guess the fault is mine. The silicone gel will obviously heat up after a while, making the thermals worse than before. It's like having a PC liquid cooling solution without the radiator and fans. Adding water droplets to the cups before use helps, but it just delays the inevitable.

Better than Expected
Just bought my XM5’s. They sound great, but they didn’t fit me properly. After installing these EarPods, they feel amazing. The headphones feels like clouds on my ears. Also it is way cooler than before. I had my doubt about this product, but I really recommend it

Way better than factory pads! Super Cozy
These make my ears feel cool, they are extremely comfortable, way better than the factory pads, they are just cozy and the sound quality is still amazing. The factory ones always made my ears super sweaty and warm, and these are just a no brainer!

Good replacement earpads for the headphone
Bought it as a replacement as the stock ear pads produce heat in humid environments and with longer usage. This serves the purpose. fabric is soft, comfortable. stays same way over long period.
