This simple, little massage roller is amazing!! I've struggled with severe issues in my right foot for 20 years, BUT now after my most recent surgery.. #7.. it's now causing major pain in my left foot. YAY!! I assume it's plantar fasciitis, judging by my symptoms, (i.e. MAJOR arch/heel pain).. so I automatically bought this. And let me tell you.. after one use, just overnight.. I actually had some INSTANT improvement!! I don't know how it helped THAT much, but it definitely did! Obviously it's not a magic wand, so it didn't magically heal all.. but it DEFINITELY made a difference!! And it even surprised me! Because I certainly was not expecting any results overnight or even relief at all.. it was a hail mary purchase. (Ya know, one of those "im in agony.. & I'm willing to try anything!" kinda purchases, lol.) BUT I am DEFINITELY impressed by such a simply made item.. especially considering you don't need to do anything major at all.. just an easy back n forth motion for 5-10 minutes a few times a day, while you're sitting in the couch. I mean, it's THAT simple! And now.. I've done it every day since I bought it, and it has a lasting effect for sure! It makes this awful, aching, yet sharp pain pretty minimal & much more tolerable, so I'm not in agony all day! Thank goodness for this foot roller! It's actually helped my right foot as well, because I thought.. what the hell? Try it over there, because it's completely messed up, so can't hurt only could help. I've lived with horrible pain over there so long, i don't notice how bad it is anymore.. if that makes sense? But it feels SOOO good on my right foot!! Just in a relaxing, end of the day massage.. and it seems to help my scar tissue pain slightly too. So bonus there! This massager can probably even be used for your back, shoulders, arms, legs, not just feet.. it would just take a lil different technique, but same basic motions. Now the ONE &ONLY teenie tiny downside.. (which isn't really a 'downside') barely worth mentioning.. BUT for those who are wondering - just in the cleanliness aspect: due to the material of it.. yes.. hair, dirt, & dust defintely do stick to it, but its simple to wash & rinse off, nothing major there. But, due to being a dog mom.. my pitty sheds short black hairs all over, so as you can see in my picture, I keep it in the thin plastic bag it came in.. and do it that way. Because keeping that on didn't change the effectiveness, or feeling. It's actually a big help! Now i can just blow off any hair/dust.. and put it back in it's box. Simple fix to that minor issue. But honestly, for what you're getting.. if ya gotta rinse it off every time.. Big whoop. Still very much WORTH IT! (Or, if you're a Mom & wife, whos tired of washing n rinsing at the end of the day.. just try my bag trick lol!)

Love it! Great value for the money. I was using those spiky dryer balls, but since they are round they kept sliding out from under my feet. This item works much better. Like another reviewer mentioned, I’ve also gotten some good bone cracking and realignments with this. It feels good underfoot and my feet feel better after use.

I had tingling and numbing on one toe, not sure why, but figured massages could work. Well I used this little tool for one hour on each foot and wowww! I can feel my toe going back to normal. It works. Wish there were two in a pack for the $10! Minus one star for that.

It does its Job! I got this foot massager thing because after standing alot throughout the day of work-my feet be killing me. Ive had this issue for as long as I could remember. My feet are so sensitive. The purchase is truly worth it. I bought only one to try it out and I used it once it arrived lol. I rolled each foot on it and exchange the roller every 5 minutes or so and lemme tell you, this really works. It really does take that foot pain and pressure off my heels especially. Ive been using it for almost 2 weeks now and I do notice my feet feel alot better. I dont know why it took me so long to purchase this and I regret it so much! And I love how affordable it is. I do highly recommend. I always come home from work and sit on my bed and roll them! It is my best friend lol

First of all I’m an aide and I have Achilles tendon for almost a year and when I took my patient for PT and I saw this roller the PT told me to buy that it’s great. Once I bought it it has been such a relief on my foot. It’s easy to use, the acupressure points are great, it’s a good material not too hard, it’s worth the money. I’ve noticed on the comments here that some people aren’t satisfied etc but belief me try for yourself because not everyone foot is the same. I massage my feet for about 30 minutes each and it feels great.

Very small and so far durable product. It will make your foot numb for the first few times which it’s stated due to the acupressure points. I use this roller after my long days at work and it helps a lot. I actually enjoy the feeling it gives after. Why three stars? It’s not the easiest to use. A lot of the time the roller will go sideways even when I add a little more pressure for steadiness. It’s hard material, so perhaps not for everyone. I personally enjoy it as previously stated. But I can see this product causing pain to others instead of relieving it. Keep in mind your sensitivity. It’s almost like when your feet and legs hurt a lot after walking over bumpy/rocky paths. In general just know it could feel a bit rough to some. Other than that, I’d say go for it. It has return window in case you’re not satisfied. It’s helped me after hard work days and for that I am grateful.

IT WORKS!!! Tried everything to relieve my plantir fasciitis pain. Compression socks, exercises.... nope, no relief. Then I saw an add for a similar gizmo to this, that is $99!!! So I started looking at reviews. This seemed simple enough to try, and wouldn't break the bank if it didn't work. IT WORKS. Tried it only a few times, and my pain is almost gone. Try it! You'll be surprised, in a good way.

Nach langem probieren und schonen habe ich mir nach Internetrecherche diese Rolle gekauft um meine Plantarfaszien-Entzündung zu behandeln. Ich hatte keine großen Erwartungen weil ich der Meinung war, dass Schonen und Erholung hier eher helfen als noch zusätzlich auf der entzündeten Sehne herum zu massieren. Aber Realtalk: nach 2-3 maligen benutzen wurde es bereits besser und nach einer Woche waren alle Schmerzen komplett verschwunden - wirklich Wahnsinn! Absolute Kaufempfehlung

This foot roller has been so helpful for my extremely sore foot. It is just the perfect size to be able to bring with you for a long car ride, or to have it under your desk at work to use throughout the day. The bunps to massage on it aren't so big that they hurt the pressure points, but they aren't so small that you dont feel anything. The sides have the massage bumps as well which is so nice for the sides of your feet without having to bend your ankle awkwardly. Over all this is a very good little product, both myself, and my young kids are enjoying!

Good quality and easy to use. Really helps to relax sore feet after a long day, though it takes some getting used to at first.
