I didn't have a 24" cabinet to remove for a dishwasher. This was a fantastic price for and 18". I have been using since November 2025 and I love this dishwasher. It works exactly as I expected. It hasn't noticably raised my water or electric bills.

After having a horrible experience with UPS (said address was wrong even though all other packages arrived from other shippers and also came in damaged). After contacting Amazon about the issue they had another one shipped out. It arrived on time and in perfect condition from a Amazon driver. Hopefully I will be able to avoid UPS in the future as Amazon's drivers are way better with treating all packages with care. The product is great very high quality build and has plenty of room. It is not overly complicated and not too loud. Easy to clean and cleans dishes well. Installation was very easy but would be better if it came with a few parts (90 degree water hookup, waterline, and hose clamps)

This dishwasher is junk and the off shore customer service is worse. Bought unit on Amazon in December but didn’t install til June and it failed with an E4 error on the first wash. Midea’s various “teams” have been stringing me along for 10 days because they can’t find a repair person. Now they’re saying they will look for a replacement and someone to install it but I’ve told them it’s not sold near me. Off shore Amazon won’t help with anything either and the Asurian insurance won’t help because they say Midea has to first. Lesson learned: NEVER buy a dishwasher on line. Now I have to request a refund from Midea and if they approve, I have to wait for a check to be mailed.

Works great, build quality comparable to good full size ones. Stainless tub is really classy and makes the thing easily recyclable. I never heard of Midea before, but would buy again. Fast delivery made it a no-brainer to buy this from Amazon instead of Home Depot (1 week leadtime).

This little dishwasher is a a great product! I had bought another with a national brand name, from a major home store, it was three times the price of this Midea, and it was awful. It didn't get dishes clean and they were never dry at the end of the cycle. Replaced it with this little powerhouse and I'm quite happy with it so far; my dishes are clean and dry (except for plastic/Tupperware items (which rarely get dry in a dishwasher anyway).

Had an issue initially.( do believe the plumber installed incorrectly) Customer service sent someone out within a few days. The technician stated he had been working on a few of those recently as they are new. He also said that you can’t beat them for the price that they are pretty reliable. It was a small fix and he said there shouldn’t be any more issues. Pleased with the size and operation.

This is my first 18” dishwasher but I’d buy this one again. Not many options for 18”ers, and most of them are substantially more expensive then a typical 24”. I have used this dishwasher for about a month and really find it to be quality, and a good looking addition in the kitchen. The drawers move easily and feel solid. The door feels heavy. I’m honestly surprised at how quality it feels for the price tag. It’s very quiet. Thre is brief period at the beginning and end of the cleaning cycle where you can hear the pump humming, it’s about as loud as a microwave running, but it only lasts for a minute or so. The rest of the time you barely hear it. Installation was easy. I did have to build a bit of a “platform” for the legs to stand on so it would be flush with underside of countertop. You could just buy some 1x3s and have it sit on top of those. I considered a Bosch that was 2x the price but I’m happy with this bad boy.

We had another brand for 15+ years and it sprang a fatal leak, so I searched Home Depot and Lowes, then Amazon. The box stores were charging a delivery fee, and I would have to wait a minimum of ten days for delivery. I found this one on Amazon for $50 less than the stores, and free shipping, and it was delivered the next day! From the very first load I've been impressed - this machine is superior to the old one in many ways. It's always gotten the dishes clean, even without pre-cleaning like I had to do before. The racks are solid and have some weight to them, so I no longer have to balance out the load to keep the rack from tipping. Also the configuration of the racks is nice - I'm able to stack plates, bowls, whatever without any issues. It's quiet enough that I don't notice that it's running. I waited almost three months to write this review just to be sure that I still liked the machine. I would buy it again in a heartbeat!
