One of the BEST values in a high-quality wet cat food!
I'd been searching for quite a while for a better quality canned cat food than the cheap stuff made from by-products. In the large cans, Nulo costs me about twice as much as I was spending per day on Friskies pates. But the content of the food is MUCH better, and my four 12+ year old cats love it. Especially my female Manx, who knows when I open a can of her favorite Nulo "Duckie" flavor and will sit at my feet and cry like a baby (literally sounds like a baby crying, no joke) to be fed. For the past year, I have been feeding them Nulo wet foods in the 12.5 ounce cans, along with Holistic Select in the same size cans. Both are excellent foods per dollar spent, in my "human" opinion. But my four cats are the boss here and voted three to one in favor of Nulo over Holistic Select. While I think Holistic is an excellent food, at the end of the day it is the cats that have to eat it, not me. So THEIR votes matter more than mine! Thus, I am now feeding them two cans per day of Nulo wet cat food solely, specifically Duck and Tuna and the Turkey and Chicken. But once a week, on "Fish Friday", I substitute a can of Salmon and Mackeral for the Duck and Tuna. All four of my little furry babies love these Nulo flavors and the large cans make it more cost effective to feed them a better quality food. Whatever they don't finish between feedings goes in the fridge until the next feeding. Nulo lasts in the fridge for up to 72 hours, but my kitties gobble it up within 24 hours! All four of my indoor cats are in excellent health, and I hope to keep them that way by feeding them a better quality food such as Nulo. I only wish Nulo would manufacture some of their other flavors in the large cans too, since it is not affordable for me to them the other Nulo flavors in the small cans. Bottom line: As a human cat owner, I highly recommend both Nulo and Holistic Select canned cat food. Based on my analysis and price shopping, they are BOTH some of the best values out there in a high quality canned wet cat food. Much better than the stuff filled with by-products. HOWEVER, my cats would tell you, three to one, that they prefer the taste of Nulo over Holistic Select, especially my cute roly-poly black and white Manx! Hope all of this is helpful to some other cat owners trying to decide on a better affordable food for their cats.

Worth the extra cost
So far this is five stars. I have an 18 year old and a 3 year old. My elder kitty was hungry all the time, always crying for food. Good appetite but never satisfied. Since I’ve been feeding them this she is content, she doesn’t cry for food or even treats, and she’s grooming herself more. My 3 year old really likes it too and I think he seems happier. Glad to say they are both healthy. This food is worth the extra cost.

Great Cat Food, but?
So, the cat food is great but, why is a taking a week to get in a city like Las Vegas. I might understand it taking that long to a remote destination but Las Vegas isn't a remote destination. If I order it without subscribe and save it will be at the address in two days. Today is the 14th and I was billed on the 11th but it won't be there till the 19th? Hmm...not liking this! :(

My cats dig it
I have been trying to find wet food that has good ingredients, doesn't break the bank, and is larger than 5.5 ounces. This is my second purchase (different flavor) and the food itself is fresh. I have picky eaters but I often change the flavor of their food to give them some variety. I really like this brand so far and the cats enjoy it too! The duck one is their favorite but they seem to enjoy this one too.
