**Q: What they use for sweet this product? I can't find it in the nutritional facts**
A: I have been using this in smoothies so hadn't noticed it being sweet. I just now tasted a little on my finger and it does taste a little sweet but there is nothing listed that I recognize as being a sweetener and sugar is not listed on the nutritional facts. The only ingredients listed are Organic Psyllium Husk,  Organic Chia seed powder, Organic inulin, Organic Acacia. "Other ingredients: None"

**Q: Is the psyllium husk in whole form or powder?**
A: It is all in a very fine powder.

**Q: is this made in usa?**
A: The package states it was manufactured for Arena Nutrition Inc. in Diamond Bar, California but it does not specifically state WHERE it was made.

**Q: will it mix easy in a glass of  "water " ?**
A: Yes, I have no issues mixing this in plain water, just stir or shake plenty enough to mix it in.

I decided to order this after seeing a video on YouTube. That damn YouTube will have you ordering anything you don’t need, but this was needed just not mixed with juicing. I’ve tried this before in my soup and I was fine. I decided to juice for two weeks to 30 days and yes I gave up after 3 days but this product here had something to do with it as well I think. Like I stated before, I added to my soup and I was fine, weeks prior to me juicing. I decided to add it to my real cranberry juice and was fine until two hours later. I mean I was passing mad gas but knew that was to come. Well one gas wasn’t gas and sharted so I had to run home from work and clean myself. Yes I know too much information but it had to be told. From then on I just couldn’t stay off the toilet. That day I went home three times to use the bathroom due to me not wanting anyone and I mean not even my worst enemy to smell what was being released from me. Lucky for me my home is 3 minutes from work. For three hours I was back and forth and it was torture. My co-workers were having a blast laughing at my “uh-ohs” knowing what was going on. I will never add this to anything unless I’m off for the day. But yes it works.

So far, I really like this product. I mix it in my protein shakes, and it noticeably lessens my hunger for a few hours after drinking it compared to when I don't add it to my shakes. I've used other fiber powders that made my shakes really thick, and this product doesnt do that in any way. I don't feel like I have a big slushy mass in my stomach, which I think is good. Others have mentioned gas and digestive issues caused by this product. I do notice some of that, but I don't think it's bad or too much in any way. I wouldn't have mentioned it in this review if others hadn't already noted issues about it.
