How do these compare to depends adult diapers for postpartum? can they substitute for depends diapers? will also be wearing heavy pads with them.

Since having my child i have used depends on the first 2 nights of my period every month bc I bleed through. I hate buying them, I hate putting them on! I finally decided to give these a go and I have to say I am BLOWN AWAY by the quality. No more adult diapers for me!this is the way to go!

Yes, depending on the type of material of pants you're wearing. Ive noticed in thin cotton pants you can see the seams on the backside.
