I used this on some cod in the air fryer, and it worked great! I like the texture better than some other brands. This is crunchy but not gritty. Fabulous. Will order again.

No need to compromise on crunch or use breadcrumbs that change the flavor of your food. This panko style coating works so well and I nap many ways. It’s a good value for its size, doesn’t feel like skimflation compared to its gluten’d counterpart. It arrived fresh, sealed, and ready to go. It’s easy to store and a gluten free pantry must have for our family.

But, for not being organic, it is the best panko. It's so crisp and tasty. Now that my wife has gone gluten free it's great.

I definitely prefer the regular Peko, but my daughter has celiac so we are having to adjust. This works just fine, the taste is fairly neutral.

Excellent rice crumb panko style breading that works as a coating as well as replacement for bread crumbs in meat loaf. As a celiac, I was more than happy to find a product that works so well and is safe for me to eat (no gluten).

Great for gluten free individuals. I plan on using it to make meatballs. So glad there’s a gluten free product for bread crumbs!

For gluten-free....it still tastes great

These Panko breadcrumbs are very good! Cannot even tell they are GF! They season up quite nicely with salt, pepper and Italian herbs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
