This phone is amazing! Works great and looks fantastic.

This phone works great not as good quality as my old one then again my old one was from 1979 so of course it's going to be different other than that it works great sounds great looks great I did have to buy a longer handset cord though and I don't know how well it would work on voip because I don't use VoIP I have a traditional landline from at&t the light on top is decently bright so if it's dark and someone calls you will be able to make your way over to the phone also the bell ringer is not the same as my old one I used to be able to adjust the loudness of it this one is just loud that's all you get but if you can over look some of these drawbacks I'd say buy it it's worth every penny especially for someone that lives mostly off grid and can't really run the newer cordless phones this comes in real handy I just hope it lasts as long as my old one!

Only good for looks. The ring is super loud... almost scares the be-jesus out of me. Thankfully I don't get many people calling on it. Not sure what it is missing, but the ear sound is weird. Can't explain it. Like it is hallow and needs some kind of insulation. I could use it in case of emergency but definitely couldn't talk on it for any significant length of time. IF I would have known, I would have bought a different one. The only good thing is it looks cool in our kitchen.

Looks like the old retro wall phone. Sound is very loud even when set to the lowest volume.

Upfront I should say I am not using this as a working phone. I have it wall mounted in a MCM family room setting and it looks great! I can't really say anything about its functionality, but it looks vintage!

Wouldn't order phones anymore.In three months it doesn't work.

its an attractive phone, but its not produced for the UK market and has a US telephone cable for a US telephone socket, so needs a UK telephone cable with UK socket to work - new UK telephone sockets have 4 connectors coloured gold - but this phone will only work with a UK telephone socket with 2 connectors coloured gold - so its a bit of a drama getting it to work, the ring tone sounds like a bicycle bell - but love it :)

War als Aussentelefon auf der Terrasse gedacht, allerdings ist das Telefon nicht wie im Titel beschrieben wasserdicht. Direkt in der (nur englischen) Anleitung steht, das man das Telefon von Wasser fernhalten soll. Man sieht dem Telefon auch direkt an das es sicherlich nicht wasserdicht/wasserfest ist. Im Prinzip schönes Telefon/Telefonform, aber die Qualität war doch arg grenzwertig (viele Kratzer/Schlieren (Fett/Fingerabdrücke?) auf dem Gehäuse direkt ab Werk).

Love the phone. But this has a plug in that is not compatible with new UK phone points! What's the point?? Now I need to buy an adaptor so am irritated.
