Are the mints hard or soft with a smooth texture

These mints are firm, not too hard and not soft. Will not break your teeth when you bite into the mint. Very good. We received some of the Wilhelmina mints when we were in Germany last year. We enjoyed them so much that when we returned to the United States I went online and ordered some more of the mints.

Are the mints individually wrapped?

Has the dented tin issue been resolved yet?

After receiving two dented tins, I ordered a larger quantity of these peppermints that came in a carton.

Are these traditional “Dutch Mints” which are small and round and come in pink, green, white and lavender colors?

i don't know about "traditional Dutch Mints" but these are white with strong mint flavor. i don't remember seeing them in other color when i was in Amsterdam.
