This is sooo good! Organic, too. I've tried other strawberry powders and this is now my favorite. It tastes like strawberries fresh off the plant. Sweet, tart and full of flavor. The others I tried had half the taste and were less easily incorporated into my smoothies and other recipes. I added it to a peach cobbler and it was delicious. If you have trouble incorporating it into liquid you can add a bit of warm water to it before adding the rest of your ingredients, easy peasy. I've now tried several of the Micro Ingredients powdered fruits and have been extremely happy with the taste. The tomato powder is more finely ground than the others and also tastes freshly picked. You can't go wrong with this brand.

It is not sweet enough for my tastes so I have to add additional sweetener (sugar, honey). You do need to blend it well because it does tend to clump. Like many of these powders, pre-dissolving in room temperature liquid makes for less clumping, but it also attracts moisture from the air so storing in an air tight container should help. Slightly more work to use but beats having to buy fresh fruit and having them go bad on you.

Pros: Seems to be good quality, organic product, with good flavor when used by itself (photo 1 is a whole scoop of the powder in 12 ounces of just plain coconut milk). It might also work well if you are making strawberry ice cream. Cons: The flavor is easily overpowered by adding other ingredients, especially super greens powder (see photo 2). It also doesn't dissolve well so it might be best to add an ounce of liquid and mix it in and then add it to your drink.

This is a great powder! I make a lot of baked goods, candy, gummies, and this stuff is the best. It is purely strawberry powder-Nothing extra in there like some of the others, so it truly tastes like strawberries. It has an earthy taste and you only need a small amount. It goes a long way. There is some clumping in the bag naturally so you kind of have to break it up but it's very easy to do and it doesn't affect the taste or texture. It gives off a great pink/red color when you bake with it so beware if you're not looking for those colors. Other than tha, truly a great product.
