The product they sent did not work at all. I want to send it back, but he wants me to pay the shipping fee. The product weighs almost 30 or 40 kg and the place I need to send it to is China. The shipping fee is too high.

The product is easy and safe to use to move around the home and negotiate stairs. The battery life and motor power are excellent. The safety locks are also properly designed. The chair is sturdy and of good quality.The only disappointment with product is limitations as a wheelchair - especially outdoor. Small hard wheels without suspension are akin to pushing a supermarket trolley over uneven ground typical of many pavements. That is a shame - since stairs have to be negotiated outdoors too!If it had larger wheels with pneumatic tyres - the product would be perfect for our needs.

Item came broken which could only have been done prior to packaging, and whilst communication has been good a replacement unit is not forthcoming and there appears to be an expectation that I am going to ship the broken one back to China.
