It was very bouncy because it's a heavy duty trailer and when it's not loaded it was just all over the place. So I thought if I got some shock brackets I could mount some little shocks like off of a golf cart or something and that would help cushion the bounce. And I was right. I needed more than a golf cart shock though something a little more heavy duty so that it actually had compressive strength under no load.
