Told it was going to arrive Saturday and they tried to deliver Friday and then we could not contact them with reference on card they had left. Delivered Monday and hole in one of the boxes that were bashed around and all the nuts and bolts were missing and no instructions! Told seller and they sent out some more straight away. We are using this at our caravan and took it there to assemble. There were too many pieces and not labelled which were very confusing! Started using the allen key provided and after using it a couple of times it just wore away so had to go and purchase another. Very confusing putting it together as so many pieces not needed! Instructions were not clear. Just had to put seats on and the holes did not line up - not our fault as pre-drilled holes. I had no electric drill with me and so could only put in one bolt until I go again to drill holes.
