Q: anyone know how to read hebrew and know what the scroll says?

It is Deuteronomy 6:4-9 and Deuteronomy 11:13-21.

Q: How do i hang it on the door? there are no screws at the top or bottom. i've tried tiny screw drivers where the holes are. what do i do?

This mezuzah doesn't come with screws. Any small screws are suitable, with which you can easily fasten the mezuzah to the door frame.

Q: I have a question for the seller? That mezuzah does not have the lid on the back to seal the parchment and it does not get wet or not in between?

You would have to seal the back because it will get wet. I have not put mine up yet. I am thinking of putting it inside the house instead of outside where it is not protected.

Q: Is there a way to open this mezuzah case to replace the non-kosher scroll with a Kosher one?

There is adhesive tape on the back. Peel off the tape carefully, insert the scroll, and stick the tape back on. You can also use regular adhesive tape.
