Very good I love it

After 1 year of using it, it just stopped working. Also, the previous model is way better in foam quality.

Need to run two cycles for a frothy latte, one for the base to dilute the espresso and another one for the foam. It’s more labor than I care for but if coffee making is a zen process for you this fits well.Half the jug is occupied by the motor so you only have the other half for your milk. my main purpose for this is so I don’t have to clean my espresso machine’s frother which has tubes and lines.

Unfortunately this item stopped working after just a few uses. Please can the sellers contact me as there’s no option to contact the seller

No invoice for product, therefore problem with after sale service. Stoped working after 3 months of use.

Used less than 30 times, now no LED/ touch button no response.

it is perfectly reliable product

This is the second Nespresso Aeroccino I have owned. The first was bought for me in 2014 and worked every day over the 10 years until its lining failed in 2024. All of its functions were still working perfectly ie various, foam/froth and cold or hot milk settings.The new replacement, bought a month ago, is almost identical which is fantastic. I am really glad Nespresso hasn't mucked around with the basic appliance and hope that means it will be as durable.

Ce mousseur allait a été mon coup de cœur dès que je l'ai vu, au déballage je l'ai trouvé magnifique mais j'ai eu une sur froide car je n'ai pas eu de mousse avec mon lait d'amande bio j'ai pensé qu'il était défectueux après avoir essayé tous les programmes, j'ai rajouté le lait de mon fils qui est un lait vache et à ma grande surprise, j'avais des nuages de mousse, des nuages flottants et du bon chocolat chaud. J'en déduis que c'est un appareil de bonne qualité je ne prendrai pas le risque de le mettre au lave-vaisselle, il fait ce qu'il dit de la bonne mousse froide ou chaude si vous utilisez un lait qui a un minimum de gras, je pense que mon lait bio est beaucoup trop maigre. Je le recommande tout à fait de plus il est arrivé avant la date prévue avec livraison contre signature.
