Bablabear Dark Brown Hair Color Shampoo for Gray Hair, Hair Dye Shampoo for Men & Women(13.5Fl Oz)

After reading some of the reviews, I was very hesitant to buy this shampoo-but I’m glad I took the chance! It covered my gray hair perfectly, and overall I’m very pleased with the result. A few warnings: this shampoo stains like it has a personal mission, so wear gloves and cover everything around you unless you want a matching dark-brown bathroom. 😂 I saw recommendations to apply it to wet hair, but the box said otherwise, so I used it on dry hair. It did burn my scalp slightly, although my skin is very delicate and sensitive. And the smell? Let’s just say it’s an interesting combination of sulfur, rotten eggs, and ginger-not exactly a luxury salon experience! Thankfully, the smell was fine after washing. So far, the gray is gone and my hair looks great. I’ll update my review after seeing the final color in daylight—because bathroom lighting has been known to tell lies! Daylight UPDATE: I’m impressed! The color looks rich, natural, and evenly blended-not like I accidentally colored my hair with shoe polish. 😂 My grays are well covered, and the dark brown shade looks great in natural light. The smell may have tested our relationship, but the results saved it!

Reference: Used Black, on dark brown and gray hair. I was not sure this product would work, but it delivered. Most of my gray was over ears, left and right of center, and at the top of the head. Reviews here were mixed, but I have never dyed my own hair. With that in mind, I was looking for something easy! This dye only requires shampooing, so I bought it! With hesitation and a little anxiety, I read the direction, and started the process. On dry hair, I applied the clear and light brown shampoo from the bottle, but the bottle is made a little different (large housing on top for duel pumps). Since the shampoo wasn’t a color I expected, and I didn’t realize the extra bulky top was dual pumps, I stopped to Google the application process just to be sure. Of course, the bottle was performing as it should, and I was on the right track! Once the mixture was fully applied and lathered—with special attention to the finer hair along my hairline and over the ears, I put on the one of the extra large (for long hair) plastic caps which were provided with they dye. I checked for inadvertent dye tattooing and clean things up about halfway through the prescribed dying time. The box instructions recommend 20-25min, and 30min for next session if dye coverage is incomplete. I had full coverage, so I rinsed at 25min. Conditioned after thorough rinsing, and the color is amazing. It is slightly darker than my natural blackish-brown, but the gray hairs are no where to be found! NOTES: 1. The box does not say it, but you should rub your hands together to mix the shampoo and dye before putting it on your hair for even application. 2. You only receive two pairs of gloves and two plastic caps with the shampoo, so you will need more for future uses. 3. I would not apply this shampoo to disturbed scalp. I dyed my hair after taking down a crocheted style. If you recently scratched your head, or deep cleansed your scalp, this product might burn a little. It is listed as a natural hair dye, but there are chemicals on the label as well. I mention this because I had a spot that seemed to burn/tingle after application. It wasn’t bad, and there are no noticeable burns when I rinsed it. However, past perm users will know exactly what I mean here. The sensation did not intensify, but it was there. In my before photo (forgot to do it immediately prior to dying), I was covering my gray hairline with touch-up color products and a headband. However, the after photo had to be taken because I was so impressed. Not a single gray hair in sight! Good luck covering your gray! Highly recommend! 💜

It actually works as described. You put it on dry, let it marinate for 20 minutes and your grays are gone. I got black and the black is really black, like your going to look like a comic book character. It's not super bad, but that first day, your going to notice it. I would advise combining brown and black together to get a more human hair color. All in all, I'm definitely a new fan of this product. It's simple and can be done in no time at all without having to be a chemist or staining your bathroom with black dye all over the place. Produce Quality: 4 out 5 - It's good, not great but it does work. If you find the right combination, this product would easily 5 stars. Simplicity: 5 Out 5 - The dry shampoo works great. It's easier to see were your focus should be when your hair is dry Would I buy this product again? Most definitely a YES. Down side: It's will stain the crap out of you if you let it set too long. I had some drop of my arm and it doesn't seem to wash off very easily if you happen to not notice it and let it set. I'm going to try nail polish remover to try to get it off. It's not permanent and it will naturally come of after about a week or so but I can't wait that long. O ther than that, this is a must have produce.

I was honestly skeptical about trying this product at first. I have sandy brown hair, and my color had become really dull. But wow—this product delivered! The color came out beautiful, and my hair feels so soft and shiny. I love that it's a shampoo, conditioner, and hair color all in one. It was super easy to use. Before applying it, I washed my hair with my regular shampoo. Then I used this product, put on a shower cap, and let it sit for about 20–30 minutes. After rinsing and blow-drying my hair, I couldn't believe the results. There was no scalp irritation at all, and my hair honestly looks like I just walked out of a salon. I've definitely found my new favorite hair color!

Overall a good product. It is semi-runny and stains if you don’t clean it immediately. Works very well and leaves my hair shiny and like I just dyed it. Claims to last 2 weeks. Doesn’t smell horrible but leaves my hair feeling a tad dry. Very big bottle for the price it is.

Delivery was great they delivered it by my back porch which is what we really want so I'm happy with that. This is actually my second bottle I've been using this product for a long time it is really good for your hair my hair doesn't fall out it doesn't damage my hair and it also saves me a lot of money versus buying a hair dye this bottle last a really long time I think that the first bottle I bought lasted me like 8 months or more so you definitely get your money's worth and it's really good for your hair so you definitely can't go wrong with this product. 100% satisfied 10 Stars the only thing I didn't like was the first time I bought it it came in a box this time I bought it it was just the bottle in the Amazon bag which I'm glad it was only one day shipping and really glad it didn't leak it does have a cap on it though to hold the product in.

Wowwwwww I was amazed!! I typically use semipermanent around my edges and it make cover it up partially but by the second or third day, the grey appears back so it’s a waste! But this!!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 I just did it today and it gave amazing results! I will come back and review in a few days as well!

My gray hair was completely covered. It's darker than the brown color that I use, but it's ok for me.
