It contains a number of probiotics that promote oral health, and I really like that it tells you the strain of the probiotics used. There is also a nice breath-freshening complex in this that complains xylitol, green tea extract, and cinnamon. It also has added mannitol and stevia. The flavor is good, relatively mild. I actually would prefer a more potent taste of green tea extract and cinnamon to be confident that it's actually impacting my breath, but it tastes good and definitely seems to work to some extent.
