Caffeine?? So as I understand it, you're supposed to take these before bed. However, they contain green tea leaf extract, which contains caffeine. 1.2mg according to the manufacturer. I bought these because my doc highly recommended them. However, she also said you swallow them, which was quite surprising and turns out to be incorrect, so I'm not sure how much she knows about them. She likes the brand because they're heavy on research, although AFAIK it's all proprietary research which is generally unreliable since the scientists know you are paying them because you want good results. I don't think I'll be taking these before bed for a while. But I'll try them during the day.

This is a great oral health supplement. It contains a number of probiotics that promote oral health, and I really like that it tells you the strain of the probiotics used. There is also a nice breath-freshening complex in this that complains xylitol, green tea extract, and cinnamon. It also has added mannitol and stevia. The flavor is good, relatively mild. I actually would prefer a more potent taste of green tea extract and cinnamon to be confident that it's actually impacting my breath, but it tastes good and definitely seems to work to some extent. Overall - great breath freshener and oral health supplement, but I'm not sure it is the best value considering that it's basically a probiotic breath mint.

This is my first time trying an oral probiotic, and I am pleased with the results of these Oramax tablets from Researched Nutritionals. My grandfather was a dentist, and I can remember him constantly harping on us about how important it is to keep a healthy mouth, and these do a good job not only combating bad breath, but creating a healthier environment for overall oral health These come with a mix of probiotics, enzymes, nutrients, and herbs to create a favorable oral microbiome which is important for maintaining healthy teeth and gums. They have a nice vanilla and cinnamon flavor that is pleasant without being overpowering. These are designed to dissolve quickly in the mouth. I have been using them after brushing, and they dissolve within about 5 minutes. They have a chalky texture, but it isn't bad

This is a wonderful idea, and the ingredients are pretty much exactly what I would have thought would be good choices for oral health and managing thrush. The lozenges even taste good, although the flavor is unfamiliar and I couldn't describe it. The name of the company is "Researched Nutritionals," and that is as close to a credential as the product has, other than being non-GMO. Although the listing does mention that SOME of their products have undergone clinical testing, this is not one of them. There are no references to any actual research, or to any manufacturing practices other than a heads-up about possible cross-contamination from most common allergens. It doesn't even tell us where the product is made. Initially, I did not think I would order this again, but it did really help my oral health and dry mouth as I continued to take it. My original concerns are still valid, I think, but there is no denying it works.

This is an interesting way to combat bad breath. I knew that probiotics are good for the digestive tract, but didn't realize that they can change the microbiome in your mouth, too. They are easy to use because they are tiny and meant to quickly dissolve in your mouth. I like their formula because it doesn't contain any sugar, which I strictly avoid even a taste of. Nothing in the stated ingredients was a problem for me, but it's good for you to know that they are processed with eggs and in a facility that also processes shellfish, peanuts, wheat, soy and gluten. That would make them unsuitable for vegans and those with allergies to trace amounts of those ingredients. The vendor was correctly responsible and included that information in the picture of the label in their listing so you would know ahead of time.

I can't use this because after closer inspection, I discovered there is an ingredient I'm allergic to.

These tablets are incredible they make my mouth feel so clean and relived my chronic dry mouth symptoms almost immediately after use. These are easy dissolve tablets that you pop in your mouth after brushing your teeth. They have a cinnamon clove taste to them because of the clove ingredient. I was really amazed to feel the difference after just one use which only improves over time with longer daily use. If you take Rx meds that cause you to suffer from cotton mouth this isn’t a cure but you will feel better with less dry mouth when used as instructed definitely recommend!
