Not sure it has helped with my hair growth but it definitely didn't make it worse, I would recommend using it for at least 6 months though. One great thing about it is that it didn't break me out. Many vit B and Biotin based product usually caused my skin to worsen but this has been great. Will continue to use. It is good size and easy to swallow.

After a few weeks of taking these capsules, I can say that I am starting to see their positive effects. I recommend.

On my second bottle of these at first I hoped they were helping but then noticed I have an itchy, tingling, scalp, I didnt link it to these at first thought it might be hairspray, so stopped the hairspray. Now I also find I cant wear eyeliner as my eyes are itchy along the lashes and my forehead and scalp are even more itchy and tingling and I realise it all started after taking these ..

j'ai cherché sur internet, quel était le meilleur produit pour une pousse rapide des cheveux, ainsi que redonné de la vigueur , et arrêter la perte des cheveux. j'en perdais par poignée à chaque lavage de cheveux. Il était mis que ce produit était un des meilleurs sur le marché capillaire. Je l 'ai utilisé pendant 3 mois, une gélule par jour, chaque matin, et la photo que voyez ce ceux mes cheveux après ma permanente, qui je le souligne, une permanente ça abîme pas mal les cheveux. ... Ma coiffeuse a trouvé que mes cheveux avait poussé rapidement et que mes pointes étaient en pleine santé, de ce fait, elle ne m 'a pas coupé les pointes, hors elle le faisait avant à chaque fois que je faisais une permanente ! Donc un très très bon produit de soin pour cheveux. J'en ai d 'ailleurs recommandé une boîte.

Ich habe mir aufgrund der guten Rezensionen und tatsächlich auf Empfehlung von ChatJPT diese Kapseln bestellt,nach dem ich dort niedergeschrieben habe und was ich habe und was dagegen helfen könnte;) Nach jetzt mehrwöchiger Einnahme habe ich das Gefühl die Haare werden dichter und die Haut besser. Wenn die Dose leer ist,werde ich definitiv nachbestellen. Die Inhaltsstoffe und Vitamindosierungen gefallen mir sehr sehr gut.
