Great torches very bright and no expense paid out on batteries. Charges quickly and lasts for ages.

This pair of Garberiel torches is perfect for simple, effective and rechargeable lighting. They are robustly made and manage to have a good zoom feature (the head turns to zoom or focus the light) whilst still being small enough to easily fit into a pocket. I have been pleased to see that the USB-C socket is kept covered under the head of the torch until it is opened for the zoom (see photo), so in wet weather it is possible to keep it dry (so long as you don’t want to zoom).The small size of the torches does mean that the supplied batteries are only 2000mah but they do still work very well, and are powerful enough to shine very brightly, and for quite a distance. Wrist straps are provided for both torches and the set is great value compared to some other torches I have.

At time of review these cost £31.99 and you can apply a 10% of voucher too, at the minute, for this 2pk.These came and I was so happy to see the rechargeable batteries came with them, bonus.They are easy to undo the battery compartment, bad hands and fingers here, nice and smooth.Popped them on charge for a bit, tried them, only to realise I put the batteries in the WRONG way lol, my age and I'm sticking to it.Anyhoo, changed the batteries around and flipped it on, and nearly blinded myself lol, not my day.Twisting the head of the torch, you can narrow the beam or move it back make it wider.The charging port is under the head of the torch too.It's extremely bright, so great for Winter walks with the dog, which is why I like LED.The only thing I don't like is the SOS as it gives me a headache and also you have to scroll through all of them to switch it off.They're well made and getting 2 for the price is a good bargain.
