good but missing info
What can I say this was required reading for my servesafe course. The book was helpful for the course though the classroom presentation based on the book differed. Generally the book is good though some of the content was missing that was actually presented on the exam.

Great Resource
I re-certified my ServSafe back in Oct. 2019, For those who don't know, this is a nationally recognized book for Food Sanitation. I do recommend this book for the normal joe to know the dos and don'ts of food handling. If you are a normal joe, I recommend you getting ur book without the testing sheet, cheaper. If you are an industry personal check with ur instructor if test paper is given to you or not. WHEN IN DOUBT JUST GET THE ONE WITH TEST PAPER.

Literally life saver.
This book literally saved my mom her job!! So little story,y mom was going to be promoted at her kitchen but in order to do that she had to pass this test . And originally she had the one in Spanish (because I guess her boss assumed she could read better in Spanish but she’s better at English ) and silly me I accidently put the book in the WASHER MACHINE (My poor mom FREAKED out and literally screamed because this test was either pass or get fired) ANYWAYS. I bought the book and amazon prime promised it would come before her test WHICH THANKFULLY IT DID . And it had the test bubble sheet she needed and EVERYTHING!!!!And to end this story this book was amazing it had everything she needed to pass the test and if you want to know how she did she got the highest score at her job passing with 90% 😤👍🏼👌🏽. If it haven’t been for this I would have been kicked out .

Easy to follow
This book was easy to follow. I studied the book before attending a class. The class followed the book exactly. I was able to pass the test after reading this book. It is also nice to have as a reference.

2017 FDA food code updates.
This paperback is thicker than the other 2 and does contain a lot of information and beautiful photos but it's for the 2017 FDA food code and I purchased this and 2020. I love the study questions. Honestly there are way more photos then information. This was the better deal of the 3 books.

Came with answer sheet!!
Needed to order this for my sanitation & safety class as in campus they’re charging over $120 😒. Was skeptical as some reviews said they didn’t get an answer sheet in theirs but I got mine with it! Came fast too

This book is for my husband and some reviews said it did not come with answer sheet. We were worried but took the chance and ordered! Thankfully it came with the answer bubble test sheet !!!! Most important part!
