Not a heavy user, but it does the job well for me. I use it once a weak, and didn't run into any issue so far.

Fast, quality, hot, poor battery aging.
So far it has been fantastic. Heats up quickly, hold heat long and hot, doesn’t burn, and works well. UPDATE (6+ months) : still works great, and heats fast. Sadly the only drawback is that its battery life is sadly down to a single use and requires charging. The battery life has degraded significantly. Used to last 3 (10-15min uses at max heat) then needs a recharge. Now it’s a bit more than a single use at max heat and it’s dead, needing charging. Sadly that makes it a less convenient travel tool. UPDATE: spoke to customer service and they stand behind their product and are replacing it. If they stand behind their product then I can overlook any issues if they try to make things right! Excellent customer support!
