Is it water resistant?

I haven't had the chance to run it in water but I'm sure it would do fine with puddles. Tall grass is where its struggles a bit but other than that I think it does a good job for its price. Very strong btw, I've had a couple of incidents where it hits the curb at full speed or flips really bad and it holds up fine.

If I buy 10 will the frequencys be a problem?

No, it won't be a problem. You just need to make sure each car turns on independently and pairs each frequencies. When each car is paired with a remote control, they won't affect each other.
