This has so many features that I enjoy. I like that it is large enough to melt 20 lbs of wax at a time. It also has minimum and maximum lines so that you know how much wax you can add. The first time that I used it, the wax was very slow to come out of the faucet, but just the first time. After that, I have not had any faucet clogs. I only use Beewax in it and I set it to around 170 degrees. The nice thing is that it doesn't stay on the heating cycle constantly, so that the wax doesn't scorch. The insulation mode takes over and continues to melt the wax. The light indicators show which mode it is on. And the fact that it is stainless steel makes it evenr nicer. The lid has a hole in it where I place a thermometer to monitor the temperature. I ma very pleased with this purchase. The only downside is that the spout drips a bit after shutting it off. But that is not a big deal. I just place a paper towel where it drips and that takes care of that. I like the fact that they included a stirring spoon and supplies for candlemaking as well.

I took the plunge and bought this on an Amazon prime day. I have a little candle business and needed something bigger than my presto pot. I ended up getting this for about $135 on sale. Super easy to use. Pretty big. I chop up about a slab of 6006, 10 pounds I believe. It’s fully melted within about 15-20 mins. Maybe less cuz I don’t exactly time it. Holds the temperature great. Doesn’t overheat my wax. Even though it’s a dial on the side, it’s pretty accurate. I like the handle especially because it doesn’t get hot like my presto pot. The cord is long enough but not a tripping hazard. It doesn’t just stay in there by magnets; it’s actually built into the unit so it doesn’t fall out. Also, inside the pot curves downward so you don’t have to tilt it to get all of the wax out. Makes a good amount of candles for a small business. Not sure how many, but probably around 15-20 8 oz candles is my guess. Haven’t had any issues with it. And right now there’s a coupon for $20 off so I think I’ll buy another. It does come with some wax stickers, a stir stick, and wicks but since I can’t attest to the quality of those, I’m not going to use them. I highly recommend this wax melter. UPDATE: Actually received responsive service based on my capacity complaint. I've suggested they state amount it can hold in volume not weight, as each wax's density is different, which affects how much can fit in the pot. I use a low density coconut wax, and this holds nowhere near 20 pounds. It also doesn't regulate temp, so make sure to calibrate temp down as you use wax or it will get very hot. Otherwise it's fast and a solid performer. Melter itself is fine, but the capacity claim of 20 pounds of wax isn't even close. Stretching to hold an 11 pound slab, so if you're looking for a larger unit, this isn't it. It's much closer to an extra large Presto Pot.

I loved using my Leerie! It heated up fast and I was able to make my product quickly. Such a time saver! I also like that it holds a lot but is wide as compared to tall. I had an issue with the on/off button and customer service resolved it immediately. Excellent company and wax melter!

We only had this a couple of months and it stopped working. It doesn’t turn on anymore.

This pot is perfect. I have a small pot, and needing something bigger to make more candles at once and decided to buy this pot as my main pot. It cuts my time down in half, and I haven’t had a single issue with temperature. I’m so happy with this purchase.

I bought this one to replace a 9L melter I got from a "reputable candle supply retailer" which was an absolute nightmare. This has great heating speed. Quick, efficient, accurate. Heat variations will happen if you underfill or overfill - but that's a maker problem not a manufacturer problem. Pictured is an OVERFILL of wax with the setting vs actual. A 10° variance is not a big deal to me. But an UNDERFILL was 200° - so don't do that! I make over 1000 candles a holiday season as a one-woman show. Accurate heat is essential for timely pours. In 40 minutes I poured 42 candles from solid to liquid, mixed and ready. Will likely buy a second.

Purchased this for melting oil for soap making. I am able to make 6 batches at once using this without having to use multiple smaller containers. The oil melts quickly and will stay warm for the entire 6 batches. I haven't had any issues with the valve leaking or getting jammed by unmelted oils. This is probably one of the best purchases Ive made for my business since I started it.
