Worth the money!
My doc recommended an increase in my fiber intake to help decrease my cholesterol, so, I don't have any bowel issues. I was dreading it because I have read and heard all of the horror stories about difficulty in mixing and swallowing d/t clumping and gel consistency as well as smell and taste. After researching many products, I chose Micro Ingredients Triple Fiber Brand. Again, with dread, I waited almost 2 weeks before even attempting to drink this. Well.....I am beyond happy to report it was much ado about nothing. This was absolutely easy peasy. 1. No trouble mixing. It dissolved almost immediately, with zero clumping. I mixed it with some leftover tea, absolutely no change in flavor. 2. Only 3, all natural ingredients, all organic plant-based forms of fiber. 3. The most grams of fiber per serving of all the brands I looked at including the name brands (which all seemed to have unnecessary ingredients as well). I will follow up with results when I can check them in a few months. If you are needing to use a fiber supplement and are as hesitant and overwhelmed with choices, please choose this product. It is definitely a little pricey, but serving size is just 2 tiny scoops (included) so, it should last awhile. You can adjust daily intake to your needs, but again this brand had more fiber per serving. Update, 1/30/26: FYI, when I tried mixing in cold liquid, I did see a little clumping. Still, not bad but there. so, I suggest either hot, warm or room temp liquids. I've read it mixes well with yogurt, or oatmeal etc., but have not tried it yet.

Best Bang for your Buck, Good Calories, Works
I total up about 20-25mg a day (you're supposed to get over 30 daily, I leave the rest to diet) which for most fiber supplements would break the wallet, leaving us deficient or eating overly caloric food to get there. This does its job and I don't gain or bloat from it - sometimes it makes me a bit gassy but hey whaddya expect. I pour the whole bag into a lined tin because using the bag is messy and I use my own scooper (which would be 4 scoops w the scooper provided). The trick is to add water and a shaker to your lidded bottle (don't even bother stirring unless you want to stand there forever) BEFORE you put powder in. If the bottle doesn't have a bit of water at the bottom, the powder sticks down there. After I do that, I top it off with some Kirkland unsweetened vanilla almond milk from Costco and a chocolate Premier protein. On its own I think it tastes like very very mild bran cereal, it's totally inoffensive. With those things you can barely taste it if at all. It just thickens & adds a sort of yeasty richness to the shake. It's very tasty. I'm sure it'd pair well with many nut & soy milks, maybe even regular milk (though I hate the stuff). It WILL dissolve it you work it right, even with thick liquids: Use a shakeable bottle! Start with that bit of water & a shaker! SHAKE the devil out of it! And voila, you get creamy results with 0, I'm talking zero, graininess. It's easy to wash out too. I use a bit of hot water and it comes right out. It works, even if I skip a dose here or there. I'm regular. Daily. Never miss a day - I use to go 2x a week. I feel like a new person every morning😂 You could probably get away with half the dose I do if you eat a lot of bread and carbs (I try not to) and then you'd double how long it takes me to go through the bag, which for me is still about a month to a little over, even though I'm about quadrupling the stated dose - not bad at all for the price. Highly recommend.

Worth the money
Put 5 starts but it’s like a 4.7 for me. Honestly I love this fiber. A serving is 2 scoops they provide, but I do 3-4. This goes into my coffee every morning. It dissolves wonderfully into hot coffee, and if you make an iced coffee, I like to mix it with a frother. I mix this with the micro ingredients mushroom coffee and the micro ingredients dandelion root most mornings and I love it. Such an easy way to get a decent amount of fiber just in the morning. My husband will add it to his protein shakes or smoothies. I’ve never noticed a taste from it. The bag lasts for dang ever. I love it.

WILL NOT DISSOLVE
Worst fiber I’ve ever purchased. No matter what you do this fiber will not fully dissolve and clump horribly. Short of putting it in a blender with boiling hot water I can’t get this to dissolve. Texture is really sticky too. There is no taste but the clumps of product you will get at the bottom of any drink is off putting. Better off with the name brand fibers.
