Heavenly Soap Dispenser
We LOVE this automatic liquid soap dispenser!!! It works as advertised. We've placed it with the front edge of the base even with the edge of the sink. Any extra drips and drops go into the sink rather than on the counter. We wash our hands pretty frequently, and this dispenser also helps us cut down on waste of liquid soap. The main erason we purchased is to cut down on the drippy small soap squirty bottle mess on the counter. It definitely does that quite well. The refill hole in the top of the unit is large, so it is SO much easier to reload from the giant bulk bottle of liquid soap of our choice. That's another big plus! The exterior is shiny, slick chrome plastic, so if you should get some soap or other stuff on it, it will wipe or rinse off easily. Love this dispenser and highly recommend. This took care of something that has annoyed me daily for three years at a very reasonable price. NOTE: It is a bit bulky, so measure the spot you tend to place it in. This is in our master bath with a double sink and long counter, so space wasn't an issue. It needs a flat spot to sit on to work effectively.

Seventh one I’ve bought – these are that good
This little dispenser has become one of those things I can’t live without now. I’m on my seventh one – I keep one in the kitchen and in every bathroom, and I even stocked my mom’s house with a few because they’re so convenient. The battery life is excellent; I honestly forget it even runs on batteries because I so rarely have to change them. The adjustable soap volume is my favorite feature. Being able to fine-tune how much comes out means less waste and less mess, especially for guests who tend to over-pump regular bottles. The sensor is responsive, the design is clean, and it just works every time. If you’re on the fence, I’d say grab one for the room you use most – you’ll probably end up coming back for more like I did.

Solid product.
Love this soap dispenser! It looks great and dispenses soap constantly. It does get a bit grimy so not finger print resistant, but it's very easy to wipe off and clean. The clear container makes it easy to see when it's due for a refill, but the silver front and top give it a nice expensive look for the price. The top sort of just pops in though, so it's not leak proof. Not an issue as long as it doesn't get knocked over. I like that I can adjust the amount dispensed with an easy button press. Refilling is very easy at the top of the dispenser. My only issue was replacing the battery. The batteries go in at the bottom, so having to fight gravity to replace them was a bit difficult if you still have soap in there. Overall, solid product. I plan to buy another for my bathroom!

Great Touchless Dispenser—Just Know Your Soap Consistency!
Important Usage Note (Thick Soap): The only functional caveat, which is critical to smooth operation, is how the unit handles soap viscosity. If your dish soap or hand soap is particularly thick, it might not work properly, leading to inconsistent dispensing or outright failure to pump. The Easy Fix: Fortunately, the solution is simple: you might need to add water to the reservoir to slightly dilute your soap. Diluting it ensures the soap flows easily through the internal mechanism, maintaining the smooth, automatic dispensing you expect. Once you find the right ratio for your soap brand, it performs flawlessly. This dispenser is highly recommended for its convenience and reliability, but be prepared to experiment with a little water to achieve the perfect soap consistency. Once set up correctly, it’s a huge upgrade from manual pumps.

Two out of three dispensers failed after 1.5 years of use
I deliberately gave this product 3 stars, so that potential buyers would read it and not just glanced over it. I bought 3 of these soap dispensers and they worked well for 1.5 years. One of them was for dish soap., and the other 2 were for hand soap (kitchen and bathroom). Then, two of them (the ones which were for hand soap) failed on me for some reason. It is almost like these were on some sort of "fail timer", and are deigned to fail after a certain point. I understand that it must be due to extensive use: I tend to work from home and I wash my hands very often. Yet the nature of such failure was very strange: the motor of the pump spins, yet the pump itself does not engage, on both of them. I took one of these 2 faulty units apart and I forcefully filled the hose with soap, I used a syringe and I was able to push the soap through the hoses and I pushed out all the bubbles which might have been there - even though the hoses were not empty of soap to begin with. As you can imagine, this solution did not fix the pumping issue. I disassembled another faulty one and this time I took the pump apart, then put it back together again. The pump seemed to spin only when the hose was empty or when it was completely removed from the pump. Shame really, it is indeed a nice product overall, and I really liked using it. I liked that it did not need recharging, since it uses regular AA batteries. Yet there is something wrong either with the motor or with the pump - or maybe even both. I used only regular liquid soap, no foam soap - according to the user manual. If you wash your hands too often then stick with a manually operated soap dispenser or be prepared that these kinds of battery operated dispensers last between one and two years. And although these are relatively affordable (I got 3 of them for 3x20=60 USD in total), their lifespan is too short for their price

This soap dispenser is my newest family member.
In many ways, I am quite old-fashioned. A bar of soap is more than adequate. Liquid soap in a ceramic pump bottle is verging on decadent. I have an elderly family member with arthritis and the traditional soap methods (i.e. bar soap and liquid soap in a fancy pump bottle) were becoming hard on the hands, so I began to search for something better suited. I found this cute little gizmo and decided to purchase it back in October, 2023. As of mid-January, 2024 this automatic soap dispenser has become an indispensable addition to the kitchen, and the family. It is used many times a day by multiple individuals in my household and everyone loves it - including me! I enjoy baking and cooking and I can't tell you how convenient it is to have a touchless soap dispenser when handling greasy, sticky, gooey food ingredients and raw meat. Amazingly, and despite frequent daily use, I am still on the same set of batteries that I first installed back in October. The dispenser allows the user to select how much soap is dispensed at a time. I have mine set on the smallest amount and it is still very generous. I was immensely pleased to discover that the chrome/silver color perfectly matched the color/tone of my chrome Pfister faucet. Being near the sink, the dispenser does get splashed with water, leaving spots. I pour a small amount of plain white vinegar on a paper towel and wipe down the dispenser every other day or so and the spots vanish, leaving a beautifully shiny and brand new appearance. I am allergic to sulfates (the foaming agents used in seemingly every liquid hand soap on planet Earth) so I decided to gamble and try my usual liquid French Marseille soap (undiluted) and it works perfectly. No clogged dispenser! Everyone in my household has raved about how soft and clean their hands feel. No more dry, cracked, or bleeding skin. If you are curious, I like to use either the A La Maison or Panier des Sens liquid Marseille soaps, but so far I have only used the A La Maison brand in my soap dispenser. An added bonus is the adorable noise the machine makes when it dispenses soap. It is so cute I ended up giving it a name. Now I hear my family members thanking the cute little thing by name every time they use it. I started out looking for an arthritis-friendly soap dispenser (which it most certainly is!) and ended up with a new family member. I hope it lasts for a grand, long time because we all love it. Buy yourself one, give it a name and enjoy!! 2024 - ONE YEAR UPDATE: It is our beloved soap dispenser's one year birthday/anniversary. It still works perfectly. Wiping it down with vinegar to get rid of hard water spots/grime hasn't affected the finish at all - still bright and shiny. The liquid Marseille soap continues to dispense without issue. During the colder months the soap can gum up a bit around the rubber dispenser spout (due to the natural oils) so I clean it with a small brush and warm water to keep things free-flowing. It is a good practice in general to keep clogs away, so I do this once or twice a week. I think I am only on a second set of batteries which is frankly a miracle considering how often it is used every day. Everyone in my household still loves it. We have thoroughly anthropomorphized it and it is jolly great fun. 2025 - TWO YEAR UPDATE Two year birthday/anniversary! Our dear friend is still alive and kicking! I have nothing negative to report. The finish is still beautiful, the soap still dispenses perfectly and the battery life is still highly impressive. I continue to use only A La Maison Marseille soap with no repercussions. My family loves this little guy as much as ever. Fingers crossed for many more years to come!

Nice and functional soap dispenser
This is a nice automatic soap dispenser. Save soaps because of the proportion that it distributes. We have the option of how many soaps it will dispense. The only trade-off is that when using the green side of the sponge, the soap dispenser does not detect it and will not dispense soap. Overall, this dispenser works well with our family, and hopefully it lasts long.

Touch free & holds alot of liquid soap. You can adjust how much soap to dispense. Not bulky and sits well on my sink. Liked it so much that I bought another one for a friend.

Me encanta.
Lo compré hace un año y medio y funciona perfecto, la bateria ha durado todo este tiempo, por lo que es bastante rendidor en ese sentido. Regula bastante bien la cantidad de jabón y se ve muy bien en la cocina. Lo recomiendo.
