performs exactly as expected. water boils quickly. as other reviews may have mentioned, the bottom of the pan can pit. this occurs when you add salt to stainless steel before the water is boiling. the salt that sits at the bottom slowly etches into the metal. my only wish is that this pan was constructed of higher grade stainless to better deal with possible pitting. other than that I love this pan and use it for boiling of any liquid. in regards to staining or discoloring...as with any steel pan, high heat and low liquid. can cause scorching. you'll need to use a scotchbrite pad, brillo pad, or steel wool to buff off any scorching.

The weight is good since it's light and heats very quickly. Only wish there was a cover for the pan

This sauce pan is nice and large, performs well. I would have given a 5 star but the handle seems a little loose.

Hard to wash, the food stick to the pot and now it become black spot in the pot. Hard to clean

A useful good pan for boiling noodles or veggies. The break for outfall is a little bit too small but that doesn't bother me.

This arrived with a wobbly handle. I bought it for the price, but it’s just not as nice as more expensive versions. The handle was in bad condition and it’s a little thin so oil bonds to the stainless steel. The dumpling is also too large in my opinion

Very good pot for all kinds of using. Much quicker for heating and light pot. I like it very much and using it every day after getting it.

The handle was slightly loose when I received this nicely made saucepan. And a couple of black stains of a polishing substance was dried up to the inner wall. It took some rubbing effort to remove that polishing material. And after washing and soaking wet the wiggling of the handle had disappeared. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

The heat conductivity is amazing for this sauce pan. It’s also non sticky for most of the food. The only thing is there will be tinny stains left on my pan after u cleaning. Idk if it just for me or it’s a general thing for stainless steel. But generally speaking, I recommend this with this price.

The handle got lose soon after I started using it. For $35 you would expect a better product!

I wanted a largish but light pot which I could use on my new induction stove pot. This is perfect and it reminds of me of the pots my mother used to use in Japan. I love it!
