Great customer service
I ordered two sets of linear rails from Vevor. There was a defective part and it seemed like a waste to return the whole heavy package for just a small part. I contacted Vevor directly from their website to discuss getting a replacement part. Their associate apologized for the inconvenience and immediately set up to get a replacement part sent to me. While getting a defective part is no fun, they stood behind their product without question. Five star service. Thank you.

Works just like it is supposed to.
These rails work beautifully. My only complaint is they could be a little longer, but I knew that when I bought them, they just didn't offer longer ones. Over all, I am very happy with them...

WARNING! Received used rails for the price of new
The rails seem fine so I will keep and use them but as can be seen in my pictures almost all the mounting holes have fastener markes where they were obviously mounted then removed and returned. Not a huge issue but when I buy something new I expect to receive some that is new, unopened and has not been used.
