This was great I got 84 channels

I have been using a flat-style antenna for a while and have had some problems with a few channels not coming in well at all, or pixelating when they did show up, so I thought I would try a different style of antenna. This antenna, sitting in the same place as the older one, has resulted in gaining access to 6 channels that my previous channel could not pick up, and gaining access to 3 channels that would pixelate heavily with my old antenna. This sounds great, except that I also lost access to 9 channels that I could receive well with my old antenna. I have no idea why. So I pretty much consider this a wash. That said, it was easy to install, and certainly functions as an antenna; how well it functions may come down to your location and which channels are important to you.

It works well enough, I guess. The picture quality is pretty clear & the signal is strong enough to hold the channel in place without pixelization. It even picked up more channels than my previous antenna. So why the two stars? Because it failed miserably to provide my favorite local channel, no matter how many rescans & repositioning. Oh, and I live right NEXT DOOR to my favorite broadcast station! You get what you pay for, though. 👎👎

This antenna helped with receiving more free local TV channels. It’s easy to set up just connect it to the back of your TV, rescan for the available channels and that’s it. I was able to receive 48 channels compared to my old antenna of 38 channels. The base is magnetic and there’s 13 feet of cable. I did move the base to different locations in my room until it received the 48 digital channels. Works great. The channels came through clear.
