I’ve tried a few different creatine brands over the years, but CLEAN Creatine is hands down the best one I’ve used. I absolutely love CLEAN creatine, it is the best brand I have used so far. There is no smell, taste or chalky texture when mixed in with any sort of flavored drink. I often mix it with my greens. It comes with a scooper for measurement. It made me nauseous the first day I took it but that subsided. I have also had that experience with other creatine brands, but I know that the ingredients in this one are pure and that makes me love it more. The texture is smooth, and doesn’t leave a chalkiness in the drink. It’s super easy to use and I look forward to taking it daily! I have seen an increase in brain functioning and energy level since taking. I feel less clouded.

NSF 3rd party certified pure creatine. No fillers IMHO this gives me more energy and endurance with a better pump than other brands. It may cost a little bit more, but quality isn't free. HIGH RECOMMENDED.

Good stuff

This creatine mixes relatively well and isn’t bitter or chalky. I typically put it into a shaker bottle with some electrolytes and drink it first thing in the morning. It’s definitely my preferred brand of the ones I’ve tried so far. However, the scoop handle is so so long. It’s extremely difficult to get the scoop back in to the canister once you’ve opened it, and digging it out the first time (and on any ensuing uses) gets powder all over the counter, which feels like such a waste. I don’t recall the handle being this long in previous orders, although I could be mistaken. I am begging the makers of this product to shorten the scoop handle juuuuust a little bit.

Mixes instantly in water with no clumps or texture issues whatsoever. You might need to stir or shake occasionally if you put your scoop into a large drink container (i.e. 30 ounce handle thermos of your choice in order to enjoy the very last sip). I prefer my daily drinks in either a 20 or 30 ounce blue Y%#i with a side handle bc I’m sipping all day long.) 😊 So far I have no digestive issues but I’m only on day 2. I’m hoping this creatine will help some muscle and balance issues that suddenly affected me post surgery in late March. I was diagnosed in February with stage IIIB HGSB, an aggressive form of the big C, so post surgery and pre chemo starting the end of April I was looking for something that would help to address muscle weakness and balance issues. Prior to surgery I used to toughly 45 minutes of 5-6 days per week so I’m hoping to getting back to pre-surgery ‘normal’ even though I’m facing 6 sessions of chemo ahead. I’ll be drinking this daily and have slowly started hiking again. A friend recommended creatine so here goes!

No flavor. Mix it with anything. Using it work several months now doesn’t mess with my diabetes at all.
