Healthy plants and growing beautifully so far
I ordered the 4-pack of Dwarf Cavendish banana plants and have been very happy with them. The plants arrived alive and in good condition, with healthy leaves and strong growth. After planting them, all three of the plants I kept have continued to do well and are putting out new growth. They adapted nicely to my garden and seem vigorous and healthy. So far, I have had a very positive experience and am excited to watch them mature and eventually produce bananas. Of the three plants, I kept them indoors and watered them. Then I moved them onto yogurt cups inside with drainage for 1 month or so and finally put them in the ground where they started growing. Make sure you take off the mesh they come with so the roots can expand and grow. They need lots of water and fertilizer to grow but they will produce a lot of offspring you can gift or keep! If you're looking for an easy-to-grow edible banana plant, these have been a great purchase for me.

Healthy Beautiful and definitely loved
Beautiful little baby banana trees - all healthy and lush- despite the fact that the post office left them in my mailbox in freezing temperatures all night, there was a label asking them to deliver to my door - which the postal service ignored but not the sellers problem. The seller took extra protection in wrapping these in like a little reflective heat bubble wrap and it helped them when they were in the mailbox. Lazy postal service is all. Still I didn’t take a picture yet but they are absolutely beautiful and healthy little ones that I can’t wait to plant in a tad bit bigger pots when the seven day waiting period is up. I LOVE this company and plan on ordering more trees very soon, I’m interested in several of their varieties and hope for more dwarf varieties as well. Thank you for making these cost effective and yes you have to wait a little for maturity but they will be acclimated to your yard and you control what soil, environment etc. I love growing from babies! Thank you and you can expect more orders from me.

They send tiny newborn plants, dont pack well, and have terrible customer service.
Everything about my experience with this company was unacceptable. First, the size of the banana plants they sent. These were absolutely newborn, with the plants being about 3" tall. Growers know this equates to literally a few weeks old, and for $28, that's a rip off. Second, they weren't packed well, so when they arrived, most plants were broken. That brings me to the card with the email. I emailed, got the run around, so I went ahead and returned thru Amazon. Today, about 8 or so days post my second or third reply to their run around email, they finally decided to reply with yet more run around. Im glad I bought thru Amazon, because Amazon is on top of things, but I have nothing good to say about Famplants. These are the photos I sent them, taken minutes after the plants arrived. They are clearly broken, and the message the lady just sent me was the plants look a little dirty, but look fine otherwise. Is it me? No, and scratch that....buyer beware, and Im not even remotely a whiner, but I work hard for my money, and I expect others to respect that.

Shipped well and all survived and are growing fast.
Came small as expected and a little beat up in the mail but all 4 survived and have grown considerably now. I have already transplanted them twice and about to move up to a much larger floor pot. I grew these many years ago and enjoyed watching them grow since it is pretty rapid you can see a difference almost every day. I have never ben able to get any bananas from these in the past but we will see. I hope in about 2-3 years to maybe see something but even without fruit, these are a great house plant in my opinion.

Know what you are doing first
This item I ordered twice and both times it didn’t survive. I tried everything to keep it alive but nothing worked. A waste of time but do your research on how to take care of a banana plant

Left in Mailbox, in Phoenix!
They look good and healthy. We were home and able to retrieve them from the MAILBOX! We live in Phoenix so that was a very bad thing. Thank God we were home and got them right away or they would have been dead. I will do another update in 4 weeks.

4 Healthy banana trees
Overall I'm very pleased. I received 4 little healthy banana trees and after a few weeks they've grown this much and didn't lose a single one. They're all thriving and I look forward to enjoying some delicious bananas in a few months. Im even considering in getting another batch but need the okay first from the owner of the house 😅 Great value for your money.

Two weeks, zero growth.
I received my four little banana tree sprouts on time. They arrived well-packaged. I planted them immediately, and I’ve followed all instructions to ensure healthy, fast growing, fruit producing plants. I’ve had these for *nearly* two weeks, and so far, there’s zero growth… Zero. Growth. I’m going to update again in another one or two weeks. Surely there will be at least an inch of growth after a total of three weeks of having these planted. Maybe there will be improvement.
