They DO NOT fit the same. The large khaki fits like a size 8 and the green fits like a size 10. Also, the khaki pair is about 1.5 inches shorter than the green pair. There's also no stretch at all so keep that in mind when choosing your size. I will be sending back the khaki large because they are too tight is the waist and overall fit like a size 10. They are also tall girl friendly.
