A nice, basic, inexpensive laptop that serves its purpose well. Big bang per buck, in my opinion

has many features for a much less price.

Not easy to use at all. You can’t use regular apps the way you’d expect. I tried downloading apps by clicking the download button, but after installing and opening them, I kept running into issues with S mode preventing proper installation. It’s confusing and not user-friendly. If an app appears in the taskbar, I assume I should be able to use it—but instead, it opens in a browser, prompts another download, redirects to the Microsoft Store, and then brings up S mode again. When I exit out, I can’t even find the app afterward. The whole process is frustrating and unclear. On top of that, Zoom and Teams crashed constantly, forcing me to take meetings and interviews on my iPad and iPhone instead. The device also repeatedly showed low network bandwidth, even though my Wi-Fi provider indicated no issues. The camera quality is poor, and overall performance is slow, laggy, and outdated. What’s most disappointing is that it worked fine for about the first 30 days, then quickly declined—crashing more frequently and becoming unreliable. That raises concerns about long-term performance. Overall, this felt like a waste—more something to have for the sake of having it rather than something genuinely useful. It’s not worth $200; realistically, it shouldn’t cost more than $50. I ultimately had to look for better options and ended up getting a MacBook.

Memory is 64 GB. The available memory was only 16 GB. To run a Windows update, the memory was not enough. It gave options for external USB use to run an update. After almost 20 hours of tries, it was updated. Later after disk cleanup run, memory free was 24 GB. This was bought like new and saved me $60+. I am glad finally updated to latest Windows update. It is working fine right now.

It is decent for the price and it was supposed to be new. The speed is no issue. The size and the screen is ok for the price point I chose. It was easy to set up. It runs on all the up to date programs. It does sometimes turn off for no reason or be hard to turn on, so much so that I be thinking it's going to die and not come back on (but this I think is an HP issue not the seller). It came with a free year of Microsoft Suite which is a huge selling point. However, I have learned a lot over the last week ab buying products like this on Amazon. So if I have to buy another laptop from Amazon. I would buy the Amazon renewed premium since it has a 1yr warranty and comes with a check list of what was tested, battery life, etc.

I bought this laptop for work purposes. It’s great so far, the only downside for me was that it doesn’t have an Ethernet port, I had to buy an adapter but it works well and they battery last long, good size and great keyboard quality ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This laptop comes in something called S Mode. The specs on Amazon did not say this. Basically what that means is you are unable to download anything that is not in the Microsoft store. Nothing, not even Google Chrome. So after hours of research I was able to jailbreak the thing. Theres a button in settings to click to turn S Mode off, but conveniently that button does not work. It says something along the lines of unable to turn off S Mode, try again later. After watching numerous YouTube videos I was able to turn it off by disabling safe boot. The laptop itself came on time and packaged safely and works well. Edit: here I am months later and I really regret this purchase. I wish I had done better research. Its not the fault of the seller that this computer is slow, crashes, and windows 11 apparently thinks people should not be able to control their own devices. You are unable to enter windows defender to turn off real time anti-virus which sucks up so much of your ram its ridiculous. I have been looking for a fix for a month. Lesson learned.

El producto la verdad cuando lo trate de usar es muy lento. Solo abrí Word y al abrir otra ventana de otro programa la computadora se volvía lenta y se pasmaba no podía trabajar

El artículo qué es una laptop, desde el primer día que ka conecté, no encendió la pantalla, solo emite destellos luminosos. Y ha sido un problema su devolución muchas trabas qué si por la batería de litio, que el precio de envío ya qué es un producto de importación. He quedado muy defraudada en mi primer compra por amazon. Qué lastima!
