## Questions & Answers

**Q: I put chicken nuggets in the thermo, but why didn't the insulation last as long as the description said it would?**
A: When testing the thermo insulation, we typically use water. Yet, solid foods like chicken nuggets differ from water, affecting heat distribution and potentially reducing insulation duration.

**Q: How long does this product hold heat?**
A: Hot water at 212°F is insulated to about 140°F after 5h and cold water at 24.8°F is insulated to about 60°F after 8h.

**Q: Is this dishwasher or microwave safe?**
A: No, the sticker will peel in high temperature, soaking, etc.

**Q: What if it's not as insulated as the description says?**
A: For better insulation, please preheat/pre-cool sufficiently before use.

**Q: How old is this thermo for?**
A: For 5-7 year olds.
