Using the sizing chart we determined we needed one pair in toddler/small child size 11 and one in 10.5. The size elevens were perfect and granddaughter loved them. Cute shoe. The other pair were so small the other twin could not even fit her foot into them. I had her try on her sisters size elevens and determined those would work. I returned the 10.5 and ordered the 11. Shoes show up and again child could not even get her foot completely inside the shoe. Wondering how this could be?? When I look at the first size 11 we purchased and the newest one that just arrived I notice they are slightly different in materials. Inside material different. Sole also different. My guess is they changed manufactures and maybe new ones running small. Do not know. What I do know is I have to return the pair of shoes I just received AGAIN.
